The low-key life of our coastal village is waiting for you at this family-friendly condo. This breezy, beachy condo is located just one block from the ocean in Sandbridge Beach. Spacious and airy (over 1,700 sq. feet), A Dolphin’s Run is beautifully decorated with palm trees and wicker, and boasts a spacious primary suite with a jacuzzi tub, complete with an in-ground swimming pool and off-street parking (no elevator), A Dolphin’s Run is fully furnished with all the amenities you’ll need to make your vacation dreams come true. A large TV in the den and LCD TVs in each bedroom add to your family's enjoyment. The gourmet-style kitchen with tile flooring and maple cabinets is a chef’s dream come true. Central air-conditioning, LCD TVs in each bedroom, and a large TV in the great room that provides entertainment beyond the beach. However, you won’t find anything on TV that rivals a Sandbridge sunset on the deck, so we advise tuning in after the sun goes down. A Dolphin’s Run is a place where memories will linger long after you’ve left. We look forward to seeing you soon! Things to Know
There are no grills for guest use at the Seaside Condo Complex and use of personal grills is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including decks, patios, and common use areas.
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
