Fabulous place that felt like home!

We could not have been happier staying here while we were in town for a few weeks for work. It was so comfortable that we both felt like we were as comfortable as home. We will definitely love to come back any time we are in this area.

We were in town for a wedding and choose this 2nd floor apartment because of its quality remodel. Everything was new and clean. I liked the 2 entrances/exits because in the morning I’d walk out and cross the street to go eat at the copper kettle. Everyone was super nice and answered all purr questions. I liked being able to do our laundry before heading back home.

Great place to stay, the pictures do not do it justice. Awesome hosts that are understandable and great with communication. 10/10 stay during the holidays and I will definitely book again if it isn't sold out :).

Fantastically wonderful!

The loft was beautiful and so wonderfully comfortable. This will be my go to when I am staying in ir near Florence Colorado!

Charming Florence Apartment

This was an absolutely charming place to stay - spacious, but cozy. Right on main street in Florence, but nice and quiet. Jen was super communicative and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Amazing!

Beautiful Loft apartment! Super clean, comfortable and close to restaurants and shops. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds, sheets, linens all wonderful! Great showers! We will be back!

Beautiful Loft in quaint little town!

Gorgeous loft in a quaint little town. Beautifully decorated with high end furnishing!! Quiet, comfortable and conveniently located close to the Royal Gorge. Ate at the Kopper Kettle and Quincy’s in Florence and food/service were great! We would highly recommend this VRBO! ❤️

Loft

The loft is very comfortable and clean. Great location in heart of Florence. If you are looking for a wonderful place to call home, this is it. Close to Royal Gorge and all the sights to see near Colorado Springs. Owner are tremendous. You will NOT be disappointed. 10 out of 10

Fantastic Loft

Wonderful location in the heart of nostalgic and historic Florence. The loft has been nicely removal with a beautiful large gourmet kitchen. Large master bedroom with a comfy king bed with private bath, also a nice guest room with an extra bath. We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks stay. The loft is extremely quiet and peaceful. The host is so caring and always responsive. We’ll definitely be back in the future.

GREAT!

We were just thrilled with this place! Everything was clean, in good repair, and convenient (not to mention cozy and comfortable). When we needed an item, we found it in one of the cabinets (we especially appreciated the broom to sweep the snow off the steps one morning when we got up). The only drawback was hauling my chubby old body up all those stairs--but what great exercise! We hope this place is available the next time we stay in Florence!

Small town, Downtown Luxury!

Beautifully restored/renewed/revitalized loft space above store on Main Street Florence, CO. Spacious, comfortable with high end finishes (Copper sinks, chef's kitchen, rain shower head, etc...). We had a nice 3 night stay with my wife, 94 y/o Father-in-law and our 2 pups :-) Great restaurants in town and close to Canon City for shopping and adventure. Visited the Abbey Winery in CC for a relaxing afternoon of wine-tasting and charcuterie! Jen is a great host - we couldn't have asked for a nicer getaway... We'll be back!

Really beautiful!

At first we were a bit worried. There is enough room for 1 car to park and a run down garage, otherwise we would need to park else where. The back is run down, so, like I said, we were worried. But we opened the door and… wow! It’s beautiful! And since I am a clean freak it met my expectations. The kitchen is spacious and stocked with most anything we needed to help make coffee or tea and dinner, just add food. The bedrooms were very clean and, more importantly, so were the sheets. They were maybe a bit too big for the beds, but they stayed on, which is something we always struggle with. The master bedroom bed is on a slight decline. It wasn’t a huge issue as far as sleeping or aesthetic, but it made my husband snore more than I had ever heard and made me snore and I don’t (according to my husband, so take it with a grain of salt). The baths were beautifully done. I loved the modern/ vintage look. They were clean, which had me from Hello. In all, the experience was amazing and it is one of my favorite vacation homes I have ever been in. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

The Designer Loft was just perfect! I loved the decor, and that's a fabulous kitchen. The bed was comfortable, and the baths had the most gorgeous copper sinks. The living area was comfortable and room for people to spread out. So many nice other touches like the exposed brick wall and the original flooring. Highly recommend for the discerning renter.

Florence Gem

We really enjoyed our time at this property. Well appointed and tastefully decorated, we felt at home right away. The condo was in the perfect locale for our activities. Checkout was a breeze. Two additions would be great - a hair dryer and an outside light to the back entrance. Also, printed instructions for the TV as we were a little confused. We would stay again and recommend it to others.

Cozy

Department was comfortable and we enjoyed reading and cooking and eating and visiting. Bed was comfortable bathrooms were clean. The town itself was average. And the temperature was not as cool as I thought it would be since this is Colorado. Lower temperatures mean higher elevation.
