Everything was great. The property was amazing and very relaxing. The host was very communicative leading up to our arrival. We would definitely stay here again.
Sunrise was beautiful.

We had a great time in this property. The house has open spaces, just as seen in the pictures. The kids had a blast in the pool.

Great Spot just minutes from Luquillo and El Yunque

Our friends and I had a nice stay at the property. The home and the pool was very nice. The reef outside at the beach was also very easy to navigate and the water was nice. Would return and have already started to plan our next trip…

Amazing Stay

My friends and I enjoyed every second of it. We didn't need to go out, this house is everything you need for a getaway with friends or family. We had an amazing time and the host was very responsive and attentive.

Gorgeous place, lots of windows, clean. Pool is amazing. Short drive to rio grande downtown. Hosts were easy to reach with any questions. Always breezy, no AC in main room but in the bedrooms it worked well- just loud. Had no problem getting hot water. First night we were there there was some really loud music from what seemed to be across the beach- maybe at the Wyndham resort - I thought it would be a problem the whole time but actually never heard it inside the house or the rest of the time.

Perfect PR stay

My family booked the luxury beach house for 5 days and had a blast. The view was amazing and the location was perfect for traveling to old San Juan, the el Yunque rainforest and Carabalí rainforest park. We had such an amazing stay. We read reviews and saw that some complained about lack of toiletries and no washer and dryer. However, since these reviews the host has since addressed these issues and includes toiletries and has a washer and dryer. The washer and dryer was a very pleasant surprise!The views alone for this property make it worth it! The only feedback I have is that the ac unit in the guest bedroom with the single bed is very loud and the pots and pans were more weathered than expected. But that wouldn’t deter me from staying here again in the future! It’s a wonderful place!

LOCATION GREAT

While the location of this property, the structure itself, and the views were outstanding, it fell short in some areas. The host did not have the unit well stocked with shampoo/conditioner, soap, towels, or kitchen basics. The furniture inside was not considered luxury, it was patio furniture, the linens on the bed were poor quality as well. Because there is no central A/C which is fine more fans would have been great to keep the common area cool!

Nice view

When we arrived the floors were wet and all the outdoor furniture was in the house (could have been contacted by the property owner so we would know what to expect). I tried to contact the owner a few times with concerns but did not get any answers in response to my questions. I know we came during a storm so not having water or electricity happened all over but some reassurance from the owner would have been nice.

Enjoyable Stay

We recently stayed at this beautiful house with a beautiful view, but unfortunately, there were some issues during our stay. Upon arrival, we noticed that there was an old sponge to be used to wash dishes and there were no dish towels provided to dry dishes. Additionally, the hand soap provided in the rental is mixed with old soap, which may not be very appealing or hygienic and the door stoppers to the patio were broken which made it difficult to keep the doors open, especially with the strong Atlantic Ocean breeze . Despite these issues, the manager was quick to respond when I brought them to his attention. However, it took a while for the issues to be resolved, which was somewhat frustrating. It's important for vacation rentals to provide basic amenities and ensure that everything is in working order for the safety and comfort of their guests. Before making your booking, it may be worth reaching out to the owner or management company to inquire about the issues and see if they have been addressed. If not, you may want to consider other options to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. I would recommend this vacation rental with some reservations.

Unbeatable location, house not quite luxury

The location and outdoor area are amazing, and that is why people book. Calling it luxury on the inside is a stretch. The pictures show preparations for the photo shoot, but not for actual guests. No swan towels, not even one laundry detergent pod, no dishwasher (that was my fault for not noticing, but also no sanitizing products for doing dishes by hand, just a dirty sponge and some dish soap), and I think the second bedroom is perhaps photographed with two different sets of beds? The bunk room has only a view of the neighboring house. There are tiny ants, so you have to store all open food in sealed containers or the fridge. Finally, the hot water was majorly lacking. Sometimes it kind of worked, sometimes not. I thought we had fixed it, but when I realized it was still a problem, the property manager never replied. All that to say, I would have been happy to sit on the breezy covered patio forever (although bring bug spray, something bites without your notice). My kids would have been happy to play in the pool and walk down the beach forever. Knowing all that, I would stay there again, but come more prepared and hope they get the hot water more consistent.

We really wanted to love this place but the overall experience did not meet our expectations. Starting with the positives - this is a beautiful setting and wonderfully private location. There is a lot of space at this property to enjoy. The bedrooms were really spacious and everyone having their own bathroom and shower was great. The AC in the bedrooms and the hot water was excellent. The pool is great and having kayaks on the property is a nice bonus. The location proximity to other beaches and excursions is also great.The negatives - the living room furniture needs to be switched from patio furniture to actual comfortable furniture. We had a lot of rain and it would have been nice to have comfortable places to sit for our family. The kitchen appliances really need an upgrade, especially the refrigerator. The pool deck furniture is different from the pictures and not very comfortable. We received 1 communication from the property manager with check in instructions the day after we checked in and figured it out for ourselves. There was no other communication even after we sent several messages. Tip - if you are looking to kayak or enjoy swimming in the ocean, be mindful of the tide during your stay. When it is low, it will be hard to swim in the ocean without walking through shallow water and seagrass. Also the lot next door is empty so you will have company enjoying the beach next door.

We did not have hot water in 3 of 4 showers. We contacted the owner. They should have sent someone. Everyone had to use the one shower. The large window shade fell off the wall the window in the middle of the night. The refrigerator seems old and leaks water underneath and into the kitchen floor making it slippery. The shelf fell off causing bottles to break onto the floor. It is the tropics but there was a large amount of biting ants coming in. Any food had to be kept in the fridge and not on counters. The property is adjacent to public access to beach. The beach is small so people were using the space behind the house. Sometimes smoking pot against the palm tree to this house. We felt uncomfortable. Another guy had a lawn chair blocking the access gate. These people can also see directly into the bedrooms and master bathroom if the curtains are open. The front door swings open if not bolted. This makes a safety issue. You can not get out of the house unless you have the deadbolt keys. There is no door to toilet or shower from the master bedroom. This makes this awkward. I would not rent this house if you had younger children. The pool is beautiful but has a open trench to create infinity look. Kids playing in the yard would find themselves in the trench. There check out time needs to be 12noon or 1pm not 11am. The place is very picturesque and with a few updates and changes this place could be great, until then we will look at other properties.

Views for a Lifetime

We enjoyed every moment here! As you walk in the home the breeze and views are breathtaking. The location was extremely clean, organized and comfortable. It's wonderful for all ages from infants to seniors. We recommend this property for all and plan to return in the future.
