We had such a wonderful time here. So many outdoor spaces we wished we had more time to enjoy. Great property for a large family trip. The water is very calm in the bay and it made beach time for a toddler much less stressful.

This house was amazing! We had enough room for 12 people with a resort like feel to it. I wish we could have spent more time there as this was our 3 day stay before boarding a cruise. We enjoyed the pool, the kayaks, the basketball court, the beach and beach house, the outdoor eating areas, and the security of being in a safe home. The location is quiet and relaxing. It was clean when we arrived and the host was very good at communicating with us. I would recommend this Vrbo to anyone looking for a beach home in beautiful Puerto Rico!

This property was amazing. It is a short walk to private access to a shared beach! The pool was awesome and clean. Tons of beach and bath towels and lots of extras like snacks which so great as we got in very late our first night. The whole property was immaculate and we had the best time. Could not recommend enough!

We were a family of 8. Ranging from 11 to 65. Palma sola is absolutely beautiful! The house has so much space! The beach before high tide is divine! The host thought of everything! Kitchen with everything you need, kayaks, chairs , beach toys, snorkeling gear, and tons of beach towels! The house is safe with a gate and private entrance. We even saw a security guard car go up and down the side street at night. We loved seeing the crabs cross the road at night as well! The kids loved the board games and the pool! The basketball hoop was a hit as well! It was an amazing stay!! I will definitely be staying here again! 10/10!

my family (5) people met our french relatives at this beautiful house! the house was gorgeous. we used the pool and our favorite place was the beach. crystal blue water! our flight home kept changing departing time, when i asked the owner the allowed us to stay till 3! probably the best vacation and accommodations we’ve ever had! We will be back!

It was lovely property. Very well equipped and clean. The outside area was wonderful with a nice private pool. An extra bonus was the ocean area with a kitchenette and rooftop lounge area.Gated and very secure. The host responded immediately. The air conditioning kept us comfortable when in use.

We were a group of six adults and all agreed this was a fabulous stay. Fantastic space with so many options to spread out. Comfortable beds and air conditioning in each room made a big difference. Little things that made our stay top notch - welcome snacks/coffee/etc, an abundance of beach towels, immaculately clean. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out on the bay, watching the sunset on the rooftop, playing dominoes, reading by the pool, a bbq dinner, and more. Thanks to our hosts for providing a space to make memories that will last a lifetime!

Great beach vacation home

The house met our needs having 4 bedrooms, a nice pool and located right by the beach. We had plenty of time as a family together to hang out.

Can only see the ocean from the roof top deck on house but the 60’ walk is well worth the time. Only thing that I would complain about is not trash in the bedrooms.

Fantastic stay!

This host was top notch creating an amazing home away from home thinking of everything we may need! The property was clean and beautiful and we had a wonderful time! We fit 12 of us comfortably (6 adults and 6 kids) and everyone had a blast! Highly recommend!

Phenomenal home with 4 spacious bedrooms, comfy beds, great pool, great covered patio, a mere 50 yards from a private beach. It's on a small road safe for walking/jogging (5 mile round trip to the Wyndham resort. Security was not a concern at all at the house. Air conditioners worked great. Great kitchen - well stocked. Hosts were great - complementary bottle of wine...plenty of coffee. 100% would stay here again. ten minute drive to grocery and fun bars

If I could give this home more than five stars, I absolutely would!We stayed here with our family of 10, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. The home was absolutely perfect for a group our size. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable, while still having wonderful spaces where all 10 of us could gather together. And the amenities! Every time we thought, “I wonder if they have…,” the answer seemed to be YES. The owners truly thought of everything.The location was fantastic and gave us the perfect home base for our Puerto Rico vacation. We were able to spend our days exploring this beautiful island and then come back to a home that genuinely felt like our own little piece of paradise. The house itself was beautiful, comfortable, incredibly well equipped, and even better than we had hoped.But as wonderful as the home and location were, what really made this stay exceptional were the owners. They were simply AMAZING. From the very beginning, they were gracious, welcoming, responsive, accommodating, and incredibly easy to work with. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and want the families staying in their home to have an incredible experience. That kind of hospitality is something you don’t always find, and it made an already wonderful vacation that much more special.We came to Puerto Rico hoping to make memories with our family, and this home became such a wonderful part of those memories.

This is a fabulous rental property! Stayed here a week, February 2026, with childhood/high school girlfriends for our 65/66th birthday celebration. The property is spacious, very clean, has so many extra items provided (thanks for the fans and bug spray we used in the evenings!), and paper items. Kitchen is well stocked and had some basic spices to cook many meals. We loved the pool, the quiet sandy beach to walk, the covered patio to enjoy a couple brief showers, and the security of locked gates. We ventured out to a few nearby activities such as El Yunque (so close!), Luquillo food kiosks, bioluminescence kayak tour, and a food tour in Old San Juan. Brenda and Edwin were gracious hosts and quick to respond with the few questions we had. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful vacation spot with others! I HIGHLY recommend this VRBO property!

My family and I had an amazing vacation here. Host was responsive with everything. Amenities in this home are unlike any other. The host thought of everything you could need. My family and I planned to travel to another beach one day of our vacation and we changed our plans and stay at the house the entire vacation no one was bored. No one was on top of each other we had ample amount of room fitting the maximum number of sleeping occupancy. Next family trip we plan we will definitely be looking to stay here again. If you are hesitant or not sure on booking this home, just do it. We also booked their sister property amazing as well.

Unbelievably great place to stay

I really can’t think of anything bad to say about our stay here. We had our family vacation and we all had an amazing time. The house is beautiful and very well kept. Lots of room to roam and it’s a nice option to be able to swim at the pool or the ocean. There’s a lot of adventures to go on also that’s not too far away. The only thing I could even remotely think of a downfall is the drive to the house. Some people may see that as a negative but I love that. I’d rather have that than be so close to everyone. I would highly recommend this house. You won’t regret it.

Fantastic Escape with Friends!

Our group of 12 had a fantastic weeklong stay at Palma Sola. We had 6 adults and 6 kids (ages 8-18) and our favorite thing about the property was how much space there is to spread out. We never felt like we were crowded or lacking space. The house was clean and stocked with all the essentials, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The beach was great for sitting in the water with a drink and for the littlest kids who don’t like waves, but the big kids preferred going to the nearby public beaches. We did have a few minor maintenance issues while we were there, but Brenda and Edwin were very responsive and super nice to work with. Finally, the location was amazing. There were several great beaches and the Yunque national forest very nearby, and San Juan was just a short drive away. I would definitely return to Palma Sola Retreat.

This property was amazing! We loved everything about it, but the private beach was our favorite. The water was calm and warm. We were able to walk out and snorkel over coral reefs!!! The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. We loved all the outdoor areas to sit and relax together. The hosts were incredibly helpful and quick to respond when we communicated with them. We would definitely stay here again.

Can not recommend this property enough. We had a few excursions planned and then couldn’t wait to get back to the house to enjoy all the amenities, the pool and the private beach access. The property was stocked with the essentials, but even extras including shampoos, conditioner, body wash, extra garbage bags, paper towels, more than enough beach towels, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, and the kayaks were a great touch as well! We had the best time. The location was close to so many things Puerto Rico had to offer, and the house itself and private beach made us never want to leave.
