Welcome to our vacation rental at Waterscape! Our ground floor, two bedroom condo is perfect for families or groups of up to eight people, with its spacious bunk room and two and a half bathrooms. Located just two doors down from the pool and beach access, you’ll be able to enjoy all the amenities Waterscape has to offer with ease. This includes multiple pools for all ages, a lazy river, two hot tubs, and an exercise facility, all surrounded by 490 feet of white sandy beach. Beach service is included with your stay, so you can relax and soak up the sun without a worry. Our vacation rental is veteran owned and managed, and we provide added conveniences like a Pack ‘n Play and high chair for our young guests. Parking is a breeze with our covered parking just steps away. Book your stay at our Waterscape condo and experience the ultimate family-friendly, resort-like atmosphere.

We are located on the first floor, which means no long waits on the elevator! The garage entrance is across the hall and the pool entrance is only down a couple doors, so everything is easily accessible. Our extended patio allows for the space to relax and enjoy a good book.

A115H has been a destination for families for years, but it now has new owners. We are excited to update this awesome space to create many new memories in the future.

Parking Notes: GARAGE PARKING ONLY. Parking garage offers open parking, no assigned spaces. 2 parking passes allowed per unit. DO NOT PARK in parking lot located in front of Waterscape or you will be towed. HOA WILL NOT ALLOW ANY BOATS, TRAILERS, OR JET SKIS ON PROPERTY AT ALL. VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED.

GARAGE HEIGHT INFORMATION: North Entrance - 9'2" & South Entrance- 7'2" All vehicles between 7'2" - 9'2" will have limited parking available on the 1st floor by north entrance of parking garage. All other vehicles will need to be 7'2' or under to park on first floor and upper levels of parking garage.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Family Fun

We had a great time on our family vacation and would definitely recommend this condo and location to anyone visiting the Destin/Ft Walton Beach area.

Great hosts and location

Very responsive and helpful hosts, especially for our last minute weekend trip. Large condo with everything you need. Great location.

Perfect for Family

This was absolutely perfect, appreciated the highchair that was provided and the pack n play. Location was perfect to the parking garage and the pools. Will definitely stay again!!!!

Grandma,Son and 4 and 5 year old

Everything went better than expected with two little kids and Grandma recovering from hip surgery . Only wishes were that bunk room had a door and had handicapped toilets.

Cool Shades Vacay is not a large company, but a family venture. My name is Mindy. My husband, Scott, and I wanted to have a place to enjoy with our three children and their families while sharing this experience with others. After a family vacation at Waterscape in 2021, we knew we wanted to return, so we watched for the perfect place to come available. We have three children (17, 23, and 26) plus our son-in-law and this unit has everything we need to enjoy our time at the beach. Our goal is to provide an experience that families will remember and want to repeat. We bought this in January 2022, and are making updates as we go.

We wanted a place to return to Waterscape with our family in the future while creating a place others would want to visit. This unit is close to the garage and the pool, making all parts of the vacation easy.

This is a first floor unit that is just steps from the parking garage and a very short walk to the pools and beach. The bunk room has a curtain for privacy and the kitchen and bath are handicap accessible. The two full baths include large tubs and separate showers. With a washer and dryer in the condo, you don't need to worry about the laundry. We have provided board games and books for all to use. Please return them when done so others can enjoy them as well.
