Perfect home for multiple families with beach tram service and a huge pool.

This home is perfect for multiple families. There are 2 full master bedrooms to pick from. Kitchen is fully stocked and renters love this amenity. Just a short walk to the pool and quick tram ride or walk to the beautiful white beaches and turquoise waters.

Trois A is a 3200 sq ft. home with 5 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths and an easy walk to our 12,000 square foot lagoon pool and an easy walk or tram ride to our beautiful beach. The house is thoughtfully decorated and supplied with all the creature comforts of home including spices, and staples in the fridge.

You are going to love access to the community amenities when you stay here! In addition to the iconic 12,000 square-foot lagoon pool, you also have access to in-season (March-October) beach shuttle service. Don’t worry though, as the beach is not far at all from the home! Other beach communities including Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Grayton Beach are close by. You won’t want to miss out on the chance to visit here!

Please note that our beach is privately owned among surrounding neighborhoods and can be more crowded during peak season. Please rent chairs before your trip to ensure more space and fun for your group.

Looking for a beach with more dunes and less people? Camp Helen State Park is a short 6-minute drive east.

Camp Helen State Park offers a unique beach experience different from others in Panama City Beach. It is an ecologically impressive beach with the combination of freshwater and saltwater coming from the Gulf of Mexico, Lake Powell, and Phillips Inlet, which surround the park on three sides. Those who enjoy white-sand beaches with undisturbed natural beauty will appreciate this beach.

Swimming

The 183-acre park is a day-use area with plenty of activities, like swimming, fishing, and nature study. Most people enjoy Camp Helen State Park beach for the sand and sun and walking along the picturesque sand dunes.

The house was very nice. The layout was really good for 3 families. One with a baby had the 3rd floor, one with 2 toddlers had the second floor and we had the bedroom on the first floor.The common area and kitchen were big enough for all of us and the location is very convenient.

The house is great for a large family. My large group all had plenty of room and comfortable living room seating. The outdoor area was nice too hang out in too especially the big front porch. The area is in a very nice neighborhood with a huge pool with unique features just a short walk away. We really enjoyed the location in easy walking or shuttle ride to shops and restaurants. Any maintenance concerns were handled quickly. We would love to come back and stay again.

The home is truly delightful.. It is decorated beautifully and has endless space for a large family gathering. The location is close to the pool area, and the driveway was very handy. The home is stocked with everything you could need - lots of towels, beach chairs, beach toys for the children - even a small wooden child table and chairs for the front porch. The home stayed nice and cool on all 3 floors - even during the high heat temp outside! There was a card table available - and we could leave it set up to play games and puzzles! The huge kitchen was a real plus - and endless counter space for food!

Outstanding vacation!

We had a family vacation with our kids and grandkids. The house was perfect for us and we really enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evenings. A bonus was the 4th of July fireworks display on the beach! We would gladly book this house again!

Vacation bliss

Everything was great. Even when we found a small water leak, i notified the property management, Lori and they sent out someone that day. I really appreciated the timely response. All the adults had their own room and bathroom. The kids stayed in the bunk beds. We had 10 individuals and we had plenty of room. We enjoyed the beach and pool areas. We ate at 5 different restaurants and the food was great and they always accommodated us all. I would definitely recommend this place for large families.

Family for the Holidays

First off, Lori is great at responding quickly to questions. The listing proved to be accurate, however it does not describe fully what a true gem it is. We have rented at least 15 to 20 properties over the years and none of them have come close to containing the amenities this home provides. The home has loads of room for your friends or family to spread out. The pool is a very close walk as well as shopping, dining and the beach. Pier Park is only a 20 minute drive away. We had a fabulous time!

Best Family vacation spot!

Check in was super easy! The house was very clean and organized. We had 6 adults, 2 teenagers and a 21 month old and the house accommodated us very well. There was plenty of room and we didn’t feel on top of each other. There is a new grill that we enjoyed grilling out and hanging on the front porch. The trolley stop for the beach is a few short steps from the house. The community lagoon pool is also a very short walk from the house. The house is conveniently located in the community and we used rented bikes to get around. The owner quickly responded to any questions or needs that we had. I would highly recommend staying here!

Best rental house ever!

This is the best rental house we have ever stayed in. You literally only need to bring your suitcase. It is so well stocked. Has everything you need in the kitchen…even a spice rack. Has beach towels, beach toys and beach chairs! Has balconies galore and has tons of space. We had 6 adults and 4 kids that ranged in age from 8mo to 10 yr old. Plenty of rooms to spread out in. One of the kids was sick all week and we were able to quarantine her to the 3rd floor bonus room. The pool is just 4 houses away and the beach is a quick walk or tram ride away. I would highly recommend this rental! Owner was great communicating prior to our visit too.

Very spacious, close to pool

We enjoyed our stay. We have rented in this neighborhood several times and have always had good luck with VRBO. There was enough space for us to enjoy watching television together in the family room. Lots of room for our family of 11 to spread out too. The kitchen is outfitted great- good pans for a rental, lots of dishes, glasses and silverware. Some of the areas that could be improved: The furnishing are a bit dated. I worried a little about all the personal photos and memorabilia in the entrance area and family room but our 3 year old grandson never noticed them. There was an "old" smell when we first walked in, but didn't notice it after that first night. The rugs need to be cleaned or removed. this could be the source of the odor. As in most beach rentals, everyone that went barefoot had black stains (dirt) on the bottom of their feet all week. The twin sleeper chair on the 3rd floor is not usable as a bed. The remainder of the beds were comfortable. There are 4 bikes on the property. They need to be discarded. We did not plan for bikes at the property, bringing our own and renting a few more. Comments are not meant to discourage anyone, just prepare accordingly. We did have a great week at the property. The location was great. Close to the pool and to Seacrest and Rosemary shopping and restaurants. Not a bad walk to the beach.

Very impressed

The whole family loved the house. It is conveniently located to the pool, shopping and beach. It was a short walk to each. The kids enjoyed the freedom to be able to ride bikes through the neighborhood with ease.

Great location and value

This was our 8th time staying in the Seacrest neighborhood and it did not disappoint. The house was clean, well-appointed, and had lots of shareable items including cleaning supplies. The house is big and spacious. We really enjoyed it!

Love this Front Porch!

This property is wonderful ---spacious, clean, stocked! Close walk to the large pool and park area---and tram service available to shuttle you to the beach. Love this location and the floor plan is great. We spent many hours reclining in the comfortable furniture on the front porch---most places at Seacrest do not have porches like this!

Wonderful

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. The house was very clean and cozy. Plenty of space. We enjoyed coffee time every morning on the 2nd story deck. We watched a couple of storms and one was followed by a beautiful double rainbow. The beds are comfortable and great sir conditioning …it was quite hot and sticky during our stay. Proximity to the beautiful pool is great….very short walk. We were very happy and would stay here again if returning to this area.

Great family vacation house

The house was very roomy and comfortable. Everyone had their own rooms or beds with lots of space to enjoy a great family vacation. Close to the beach (love the tram!) and pool! Kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinners - we even used the gas grill a couple times!

Beautiful House

Beautiful house with lots of space for a large group. We had 11 and we never felt cramped. The teenage boys loved have the 3rd floor to themselves. The house was well stocked with everything you need. The neighborhood itself is very well manicured and kept and beautiful, reminded me of Key West style. It’s a short walk to the pool and not a bad walk to the beach or an easy tram ride. Don’t be fooled by the private beach, it’s insanely crowded, but that’s no fault of this homeowner. Would highly recommend this house.

Lovely Home and Area

The home was lovely and the area was beautiful. The house had everything we needed! It was very spacious and accommodating for our large group. My only complaint, which was very important for me personally, was how small the beach area was. It was very crowded and there are too many private beaches that don’t allow people on. I couldn’t sit on the beach without touching another person and it really wasn’t enjoyable. The beach and water are my main reason for visiting so I was disappointed to have to drive in traffic in order to find somewhere less crowded.

Great stay with family

Great home with lots of space. Three different levels for the three families that stayed. Close to pool, Beach and shopping. We were here for a wedding so we spent most of our time at the beach but there is so much to do in the area.

Amazing home and location

This home accommodated our group of 9 beautifully. Plenty of space to spread out as well as congregating all together. The front porch is one of the best in the neighborhood! You’ll love it! Owner was great to work with.

Happy Thanksgiving

We enjoyed an awesome Thanksgiving week of family time at Trois A. I had everything I needed to replicate what we are accustomed to at home when I have my children and grandchildren for a holiday meal. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and entertain. Additionally, having 2 Masters as well as the privacy of the 3rd floor suite w/kitchenette was particularly convenient as was the access to outdoor space/balconies from all of the bedrooms. The 3rd floor suite was excellent for my daughter and son-in-law who worked virtually a couple of days. If there is anything I would mention as a con, it would be the distance to the ocean. A 10 minute walk is not bad, but not oceanfront. Also, tram service was not available on Thanksgiving Day. I would not hesitate to book this house in the future.

This property is fantastic because it easily accommodates several families comfortably and sits in a quaint neighborhood nestled in the heart of 30A right between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Beach, pool, biking, shopping and restaurants are all just a short walking or biking distance away. Also, the Panama City Airport is a short Uber ride away.

Trois A is a warm home that feels like your own home. There are 2 king beds, 2 queen beds and 2 sets of bunk beds as well as a 3rd floor kids' den and wet bar to spread out. There are several decks for views and a gas grill for cooking up your favorite seafood. Once we arrive, we mostly walk or bike to any locations we want to go to. There is also a small cart/tram that takes you to the beach to make it easy to get back and forth.

New for 2022....No guests may use low voltage vehicles (golf carts) in the Seacrest neighborhood!
