No useable wifi for first 2 days of our trip to be able to use electronics or TV. Ultimately a hotspot was brought it which worked great, but due to lack of response the first 24 hours it was a lot of unnecessary frustration. Otherwise views were beautiful in the home and property amenities were great.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the views and property amenities. We sincerely apologize for the wifi issues during the first two days of your stay and for the frustration caused by the delay in response. While our team worked quickly to provide a hotspot, we understand that reliable internet is a basic amenity and should function properly from the start. Your comments have been shared with our team to help improve response times and ensure smoother experiences for future guests. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again and provide a seamless stay. Thank you for choosing Luxury Rentals Miami Beach!

Poor communication from the beginning. Promise is made, but never kept, forced to have to check in through Vrbo, then through property manager, then through hotel. Three check-in… Kind of crazy. Unit was OK Poor provisions half of the trash cans failed to have liners. Air-conditioning slow. Shower handle fell off the first day, we contacted property manager six times, maintenance was called never came day one, day two they came and said needed to order part wouldn’t be fixed during our stay. Meaning one bathroom was in operable because the shower handle was stuck on maximum hot water temperature. Interestingly, I stayed in another unit two weeks earlier and things could not have been any better.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. We understand the check-in process felt more complicated than expected, and we're reviewing ways to make it smoother for future guests. We also regret that the shower issue could not be fully resolved during your stay after maintenance determined a replacement part was needed. Your comments regarding the unit setup, air conditioning, and communication have been shared with our team. We're glad to hear your previous stay was excellent and appreciate the opportunity to continue improving our guest experience.

Great family vacation

This was an amazing place to stay in Miami. Penelope was very responsive and reliable and helped us with anything we needed. We had one issue when we arrived the first day, we noticed there was no baby crib or high chair for my son. We requested this when we booked this trip ahead of time. After almost 2 hours, it was delivered to us. Otherwise, everything else was perfect. The rooms were just like the pictures and in the perfect location. The property is beautiful and the resort is everything you’d expect from a 5 star property. Definitely going to stay here again when we come back to Miami!
