The “house car,” which includes Escalades and a Maybach, is available to all guests and can be booked the same day for rides within the 20 mile radius (Miami Beach from 1st to 45th street), the car does not go over the bridge to Miami. Guests can reserve it for drop-off. Pick-ups only upon availability.

Bicycles are available first time first serve to all guests. They are available daily until 6PM. We do not have kids' bicycles; those can be rented from an outside company and our concierge will be happy to assist with it.

This luxury property has two bedrooms; a spacious master suite with a king bed, spa jetted tub, glass door walk in shower, Smart TV with sound system, desk area and ocean views. The master suite also includes a fully equipped closet with shelving, drawers, hanging space, steamer, iron with board, luggage racks and digital safe.

A second bedroom with a queen bed, a fully equipped closet, Smart TV, desk area and ocean views. The condo also has detached second full guest bathroom with glass door walk in shower.

All the bathrooms are fully stocked like any luxury hotel experience.

When you are well rested and ready you can go downstairs for a spa treatment under a retractable roof at the Setai’s spa. If in the mood relax by the 3 temperature controlled infinity pools or jacuzzis where the water is always the perfect with a full service bar.

If hungry, right on the hotel property, you can indulge your palate on European flavored cuisine at OCEAN GRILL with Miami Beach within view, dine outdoors in the courtyard at JAYA featuring regional specialties from Southeast and Northern Asian cultures, and the BEST BRUNCH in town, or visit our third and newest restaurant, JAPON, and then after, enjoy some cocktails with an Asian twist, at the COURTYARD BAR. - another option is to simply order room service to your door. You have ocean view from there too. You can also head downstairs to the Setai Gallery Shops featuring top names in ready-to-wear, accessories, jewelry, eyewear and swimwear.

*The Hotel Charges a Daily resort Fee of $285, plus tax. This gives you access to many complimentary amenities such as a car and driver service (usually an Escalade or Maybach) which will drive you from 1st to 45th (basically, all of Miami Beach), access to our private beach with water sports on site, our three pools, and so much more.

* Month long bookings are given a flat rate of $3,450, plus tax.

*If the occupation is for longer than 30 days, the fee is pro-rated based on a monthly rate of $3,450.00 (ie. 35 night stay then extra days will be $115+tax per day).

*If the Rental is OVER 6 months, there's NO RESORT FEE.

*All rentals under 6 months have to pay a 14% transient tax. Upon check-in The Setai Hotel will be requesting a payment for Hotel charges due at check-in.

*Not included in the resort fee is daily housekeeping; however, that can be arranged, at an extra cost, directly with us.

*There is construction that is occurring on the neighboring side, and NOT on Hotel property or any of the Hotel’s buildings. Construction only occurs from 8am-6pm. Many parts of our Miami Beach, Downtown, and Brickell areas are experiencing an influx of construction.
