WALK to Chattanooga’s finest restaurants, attractions, and bars. Relax in the oversized walk-in shower/tub. Hangout in the flex space, which features a roll-up garage door leading to the patio, perfect for indoor/outdoor entertaining! Fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances. Sleeps 8 people comfortably. Rest easy knowing your car is secure in our one car garage attached to the property and our outside security cameras monitor the home 24/7. You will not regret choosing the Grand Luxe! **This property is a 3-story townhome. If you or anyone in your group has mobility issues, our property may not be ideal, as at least one set of stairs must be taken to reach a bedroom and kitchen area.

Overall, this property was great! Comfortable beds, enough space for five adults, and walkable to restaurants and some shopping. Everything was clean and the rental AC worked well during our high 90’s stay. One big con was the traffic on the busy road in front of the rental. It was loud all day. Between traffic, the train, and the fire trucks that passed by a minimum of 5x/day. If you’re a light sleeper bring your ear plugs. Also, our truck wouldn’t fit in the garage, so parking was a struggle sometimes. There are very few areas that you don’t have to pay.

See Rock City

Great location for overnight stay on our way further south. Whole family could stay together. Pet friendly. Close to Rock City. Walking distance to restaurants, bakery, coffee shop, breakfast, pizza, shops. Very nice property. Highly recommended.

Great Place

Convenient to really anything you may want to do in Chattanooga. Plenty of room (there are 3 floors ) Modern, comfortable, clean. There is a single car attached garage but, if you have more than one car there is ample street parking. The pictures on the website are accurate. Just a short walk away is a great restaurant - State of Confusion. We had a very nice stay and would go back again if we are in Chattanooga.

UTC Graduation

This property was the perfect location for my family to stay for my daughter’s graduation. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance but we chose to make use of the kitchen for dinner Friday and our celebration lunch on Saturday. It was nice having the garage parking. I was worried about the free street parking but none of my family had trouble finding a spot nearby.

A Must If You’re Going to Chattanooga

This property is amazing! We stayed here for a family wedding and it was perfect. The master bedroom is so spacious with an equally large bathroom. The other two bedrooms are spacious and one has an attached bath, the other connects to a shared bathroom. It has a large kitchen with high end appliances and a family room with a large tv. We spent a great deal of time on the first floor watching TV inside and out since it has a garage door of windows that opens to the patio. It also has an immaculate one car garage. This property is located in the heart of Chattanooga and just down the street from restaurants, bars, and many attractions. It’s a must stay if you’re in Chattanooga!

A Winner!

This updated, pristine condo was perfect for our family to gather to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Richmond University. Located just down the street from several hip eateries, it was the perfect location for us. The decor was super. And everything was fresh, comfy, and oh so clean! Note: there are two flights of stairs, so this was a slight issue for some of our older family. Also, this townhome is located down the street from a fire station, so we heard sirens many times during the night.

Beautiful Place!!

Overall a good stay! You should add Southside Pizza to you list of good food to eat. We walked to order and pick up Pizza...so close and Very Good Pizza! The only issues we had were in the Master bathroom.... the wet room seems to have some drainage issues. Gave the 4 year old a bath. she splashed some water outside the tub that remained for 24 hours and began to smell. I used the broom to sweep the stagnent water towards the shower drain; however the water still did not drain. I had to use a towel to dry thewet room floor. I was not able to find dishwasher detergent or trash bags??? Beautiful Place....we really enjoyed our stay!!!

Exquisite Stay

The house is in a great location, decorated very nicely, very clean and everyone agreed the house had the best sheets and the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in. We enjoyed the house so much, and everyone wanted to stay longer, but unfortunately we were only there for about 12 hours, but enjoyed every minute. Would definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.

Fun July 4th

We had a great time. We loved everyone having their own on-suite bathroom!!! Beds so comfortable. We did have trouble with batteries and downstairs tv did not work. But they door dashed us batteries!! No problems with hot water when we all took showers/bath. Our grandson loved the kids water park and carousel nearby. He rode the carousel like 10 times and wanted to go back!!! We also had fun at the aquarium and the stream engine train ride!!! He was able at 4 to see a real train!

Accurate listing, good communication, so-so location

This rental unit was just as advertised. Communication with the host was prompt. No complaints about the rental itself - just fair warning to future renters on the location... The street this unit is on is extremely busy and quite loud. The fire station is just a couple blocks away and is active. And we had a homeless man show up on the front patio at least once that we know of. If you are used to living in a city environment none of this will likely bother you and is no fault of the host's. But if you live in a rural setting it's just something to be aware of. Enjoyed our stay regardless.

Perfect Getaway Spot!

We traveled as a group of college besties for our annual girls trip. Upon arrival, we were extremely impressed with the cleanliness, the location, and the amenities within the condo. Each room was decorated comfortably and warmly. There are plenty of really great restaurants within walking distance and it’s fairly close to all that Chattanooga has to offer. I almost hesitate in leaving this review for fear that it will become more popular and less available. We loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat thank you Taylor for your hospitality!

Family Getaway

The property was great! We had plenty of room for my husband and I and our two married daughters and their spouses. Two nice big bedrooms upstairs with their own restrooms to give them space and a nice bid bedroom on the main level a restroom to give us space. The main level also had a state of the art kitchen and sitting area for us to play games and gather. The downstairs had a large TV, half bath, and patio area outside with a garage door that could be opened to allow more space. The unit also had a small garage that would accommodate up to a sedan. We lived it.

Perfect for families

We were traveling with six adults and one almost 2-year-old to meet other family members in Chattanooga. The layout was perfect for us. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. We loved that we were within walking distance of many things to do. The neighborhood was nice and the property was immaculate. What a great stay!

We stayed four weeks.

This was our first extended stay at a rental property (our 20th rental since 2021). We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Exactly as pictured on the website—clean, very spacious, and well stocked. Appliances are modern. Communication was excellent. Because it was a long stay, I exchanged several emails with the host in advance, to determine what I needed/did not need to bring. Responses were quick, and the host was very patient. We chose this location because of its proximity to our daughter, her husband and puppy, but also because of its convenience to restaurants and activities we like. You can walk to breakfast spots, coffee shops, diners, ice cream shops, nice or casual restaurants, and taverns. Both downtown and the interstate are a short car ride away. Although we used only one bedroom, all three are roomy with closets, good lighting, private bathrooms, and ceiling fans. The great room (kitchen and living room) is well-lit and roomy. The large window in the living room is great for people-watching on Main St. The private garage allows you to stay dry in rainy weather, as you enter the property on the lower level. A downside? Only what others have alluded to: the largest bedroom is on the street side of the condo, which can be noisy, despite the thick drapes hung there. We chose to sleep in one of the other bedrooms. We had NO problems during our stay. We highly recommend this southside property. Thank you, Taylor, for a great stay!
