Clean, inviting and close to area beaches! Pelican Place is a beautiful off water home located in Bonita Springs, Fl. Nestled between Fort Myers and Naples, and a short drive from Fort Myers Beach. Shopping and restaurant access are also nearby. This exquisite 4 bedroom, plus den, home boasts a tranquil spacious Lanai and pool area with plenty of comfortable pool furniture, a hammock, and gas BBQ. The perfect space to relax and unwind. And yes, WIFI is readily available, and the pool is heated!

Pelican Place sleeps 12. Sleeping spaces include one king bed (2) in the Master Bedroom, a queen bed (2) in Bedroom 2, a queen bed (2) in Bedroom 3, a full daybed (2) with twin trundle- 150 lb max (1) in Bedroom 4, two twin beds (2) in the Den, and 1 twin rollaway bed (1) that can be moved wherever you prefer.

Four Smart TVs are available throughout the home for your entertainment needs. There is a 65" TV in the Living Room and three 46" TVs located in the Master Bedroom, Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3. We have basic cable channels available, and of course you can always use your streaming services with our smart TVs.

There are three designated work stations in the home: two desk areas in the master closet, and one in the den/5th bedroom.

The dining room table has two leaves that can be added to seat 9 (6 chairs, and the entryway bench can be pulled over to seat 3). There are 4 additional stools at the kitchen island for more seating.

The lanai has ample seating options for guests including: a table with 6 chairs, 4 loungers, 1 double hammock, 1 loveseat, and 5 chairs. And yes, the beautiful, spacious pool is heated!

The garage has been converted into a game room with ping pong, foosball, and a table and chairs.

Parking- No parking is allowed in the street or on the lawn as there is an irrigation system. 4 vehicle maximum per group.

Please note that this is a pet free home. The owners have some animal allergies in their family, so we are unable to accommodate even the smallest of pets. Thank you for understanding!

Nice location for restaurants, beach, grocery and other activities. Heated pool was great, kids spent a lot of time playing and swimming. Clean and cutely decorated. Plenty of space for our family, and communication when needed from home owner was great.

Family getaway

Very much enjoyed our stay. Check in went well and owners were available for all questions. House was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The pool was enjoyed by all. Location was close to stores, restaurants and a short drive to the beach. We would definitely consider a return to your home.

Great family getaway

This house was perfect for my family and my brother's family to stay while visiting our parents. The home was clean, the pool was great and the ping pong table was used every night after dinner. Conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurants and only 15 min to the beach. We had a fabulous getaway over the 4th of July!

Thankful for Thanksgiving Oasis

The house was beautiful and accommodated our family and extended family for a Thanksgiving break! Unfortunately the pool was only heated for half of our stay due to heater issues. The owners were responsive and we were able to enjoy the pool for the last part of our stay. Location was great- close to beaches! Game area was awesome!

Location is great. Some nice touches and amenities in the kitchen and bath. House is spacious and outdoor area has more than ample seating and table for outdoor dining. Pool is perfect size. We had a check in issue with the code not working but that was resolved right away. Good communication with hosts and they were pleasant to work with.

Great weekend getaway

Had a great stay here! The house was super clean and as described. The his+hers shower heads in the master bathroom was an awesome feature. There were also plenty of towels for both bathrooms and for the pool/beach, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need to cook a meal. All 8 adults enjoyed the space and relaxing in the backyard pool, with the tropical landscaping and privacy fence. Would recommend this booking to friends and family wishing to relax in a large space but be driving distance (about 10 minutes) to the beaches.

Great home base

We spent 3 nights in the home while visiting family in Naples. Home is very well equipped with everything you could need, beach chairs, trash bags, beach towels, games and children's books. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to Publix and other convenient stores. Pool was clean and heated with plenty of seating options on the pool deck. I would stay here again, which is always a good thing! Our only difficulty on the trip had nothing to do with the VRBO is the local beaches are difficult to access after the hurricanes last year, combined with snowbird season increasing population. Clam Pass Beach had the most available parking and arrive before 11am.

Family Trip for a Relatives Wedding

The house had plenty of space for our family in town for a cousins wedding. The kids loved the pool and game area. Everything you could need for a day at the beach (trust us we run a beach store in DE). Thoughtful with the amenities that went above and beyond, dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, toilet paper. Shampoo and conditioner, etc. Plenty of space to gather, relax and dine together.

Family vacation

Thank you Steve and Nicole for sharing your home. The house and location were absolutely perfect. Your house has everything in it that anyone would need for preparing meals spices, pots pans dishes even dishes for infants etc. Your home is spacious, plenty of bedrooms and comfortable beds to hold our family. The heated pool was a huge hit with my two granddaughters and grandson even the adults loved the pool temperature. We appreciated the house location was within minutes for grocery Shopping, drugstores, clothes and souvenir shopping. Close to restaurants, putt putt golf and the beach. We had a great time!

Everything was perfect! Wonderful, clean and fully equipped place to stay for a week!

The Pelican Place was well maintained, clean and was better (and bigger) than it looked in the pictures! We had 7 adults and 4 boys under the age of 7 and there was plenty of room to accommodate all of us. The pool was a hit with the kids and there were plenty of toys, chairs and tables around the pool provided for guests. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware to make dining in easy! Quiet subdivision located minutes away from stores, beaches and restaurants! Thanks for a great stay... we'll be back!

Thank you for sharing your home with our family! For reference we were 3 families with teenagers and were comfortable. Even though the weather was not great during our stayed we were able to enjoyed the house. The staples were the pool and the ping pong table! The property was nicely decorated. It was fun to discover the pelicans around the house! The tableware was appropriate; however, a few recommendations are to get more towels, specially beach towels and a future investment in a pool enclosure since the mosquito population was very healthy. We spent the 4th of July weekend and were impressed of the Bonita Springs Fireworks and concert celebration just a mile from the house! Location is also 10 minutes to Barefoot beach and about 13 minutes to Delnor Wiggins Pass.

PELICAN PLACE came to be after staying at several Airbnb and Vrbo homes in different states over the last few years while on vacation. When it was just the two of us, or even all four of us, it was easy to find a nice place to stay. When vacationing with family friends though, we were looking for a beautiful home that would comfortably accommodate two families (10 people total in our case). We were also hoping to find somewhere that had extra entertainment features for our kids, like a pool and game room. Not only was it a challenge to find a home that would accommodate all of us, but it was near impossible to find one with the extra features we wanted to make our vacation extra special.

At that moment, we decided to buy a home in an area we would like to vacation, and furnish it with everything we would want for our perfect vacation. Thankfully, we had friends who bought a home in Cape Coral a year earlier and had already been through this process. With their help, one month later we put an offer in on a beautiful 4 bedroom, plus den, 2.5 bath pool home in Bonita Springs that would easily accommodate a large group. A month after that, it was officially ours and we were fixing it up, furnishing it, and getting it ready for us to experience our first spring break at our new home with friends. It was everything we were hoping it would be, and we look forward to building many more lasting memories at PELICAN PLACE with our family and friends. Our hope is that you do too!

Whether you are looking for a place to stay with just your partner, a few friends, your family, or a larger group, Pelican Place will meet and exceed all of your needs! It is located just minutes by car from some spectacular beaches including: Barefoot Beach (3.7 mi), Bonita Beach (3.8 mi), Vanderbilt Beach (8.1 mi), Naples Beach (13.7 mi) and Fort Myers Beach (15.6 mi). It is conveniently located only 20 miles from Fort Myers Airport (RSW).

If you feel like staying in and relaxing, there's no need to leave...the beautiful open air pool, 4 loungers, double hammock, other lounging options, custom cornhole boards, and tropical plants provide you with your own private oasis.

When renting through Airbnb and Vrbo in the past, we have always appreciated it when the basics were provided for us. For this reason and for your convenience, we are happy to provide complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hand soap, laundry detergent (1 tab per day), dish soap, dishwasher detergent (1 tab per day), toilet paper, paper towels, coffee/tea, creamer, tinfoil, plastic wrap, napkins, salt, pepper and many other spices/seasonings.

In the garage we have everything you need for a perfect day at the beach including:
10 beach chairs (8 adult, 1 child, 1 toddler), 4 beach umbrellas, 7 life jackets (variety of toddler and youth sizes), a shade tent, beach wagon, cooler with wheels, beach blanket, beach/pool towels, sand toys, beach bag, frisbee, and a football.

The garage is also home to our game room where we have ping pong, foosball, and a table and 4 chairs. It is fun for little kids and big kids alike!

In the laundry room closet you will find 2 small fans, a First Aid kit, a large assortment of popular card and board games, children’s books, a vacuum, mop & bucket, cleaning supplies, and an ironing board and iron.

A Pack ‘n Play and baby seat are available upon request.
