Located just three blocks from the beach and within a vibrant community of restaurants and shops, this delightful retreat is professionally decorated and thoughtfully equipped with all the essential amenities. Enjoy the serenity of three patios and the convenience of parking for four vehicles, making it your ideal escape.

The downstairs offers 2 outdoor spaces along with an open kitchen and living space. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the comforts of home. The living room has a pull-sofa bed for an extra sleeping area. The back paved patio offers a private fenced-in area with festival lighting, a dining table & chairs, and a grill perfect for outdoor entertaining. The front patio is equipped with custom-made balcony chairs great for enjoying the activity and sun of beachgoers. As you go upstairs, you will find 2 spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a private second-story balcony. The guest room has a queen bed custom-made just for the beach. Welcome Home exclusively manages this property. Our properties are meticulously maintained and thoughtfully designed to have everything you may need to make your stay perfect. We have staff available 24 hours a day for any issues or questions. Additionally, Welcome Home manages over forty vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach, offering two—to eight-bedroom residences with heated pools, game rooms, and close proximity to all that Jacksonville Beach offers

Check-in is 4 pm, and check-out is 10 am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00 p.m. and before 9:00 a.m. per a City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

Adorable Jacksonville Beach condo

My family and I rented the Sea Turtle Townhouse while in town for the Gator Bowl. I 100% recommend staying here to anyone looking for a rental in Jacksonville Beach. It is beautifully updated, fully stocked with all the household essentials, and a very close walk to the beach. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Comfortable Place

Our stay was great! Very impressed with the amount of items stocked in the house that were complimentary. Very very nice of the host and makes all the difference! My family enjoyed their stay and look forward to staying again in the future.

Beach Townhouse

Property was spotless, check in was easy. Hosts were super responsive and even brought back garbage cans to property after we put them by the road. Having Xfinity comcast cable was a wonderful surprise, as most rentals on have streaming services.

Great place. Easy access to the beach—about a 6 minute walk. The house was well stocked, and everything was very clean and tidy. Nice outdoor areas.

Jax vacation!!!!

My husband is in Jacksonville for work so the family decided to come to spend time with him. What an awesome choice to stay at this property! Everything we needed and more! I pray when we return it will be available! Thank you for a great stay!

Awesome vacation with this townhouse!

Townhouse owner thought of everything to make renter’s stay the best. Nicely updated with no carpet! 2 nice size bdrms and beds, besides 2 couches in family rm, once of which pulls out into a bed. We absolutely loved being like 1 1/2 blocks from pet friendly beach. Beautiful huge beach and public access was like every block or two! We walked on the beach 2-3 times a day. We used the balcony off the master bedroom daily. Townhouse had a large patio with all you would need. Would recommend to anyone visiting Jacksonville Beach area

The property was clean, updated and neat. There were plenty of cooking utensils, dishes and pans. Multiple outdoor spaces and gas grill. Comfortable furniture and beds.

Great property, we loved it.

The property was just what we needed. We are very grateful to the property owners that allowed our very old lab to accompany us. We there for our son's wedding. It worked out perfectly. Great front porch to sit and watch people.

Excellent stay

The house was clean and well stocked with everything. Location is 3-4 very short blocks from beach, so we walked, but we brought our beach cart, so it made it much easier. The house has beach chairs and umbrella. Definitely would stay in this property again.

Clean and comfortable with all amenities

Very clean and had all of the amenities. You do not need to buy or bring anything. The house is one block from beach and you need to walk across a busy road but that was ok for us. We primarily drove to the beach. The beach had ample parking and we never had a problem. The house is close to all stores and restaurants. We were visiting family in the Jacksonville beach area and found this house to be central to all of our needs. It was very comfortable. The only thing I would change is the early check-in process. If you want to check in early there is a per hour fee which seemed like price gouging. I can understand that if there needs to be cleaning from the prior renters that early check-in my not be available but to charge a per hour fee seemed ridiculous. Overall our stay was nice.

Nice rental

Nice rental property, no serious complaints except cleaning service must have topped off all antibacterial hand soap dispensers with water as it was separated and cloudy on top, Ring cameras at both doors-one with motion flood lights which wasn’t specified on the listing and not great for super early risers who like having coffee outdoors and there was only one bathroom washcloth for use (I bought some and left to replenish their supply). Overall, it was a nice place to stay and I would rent again as these are minor issues. Mike was super great with all communication and easy to work with for early check-in arrangements.

Jax Beach Vacation Home

The rental was perfect for my husband and me on our week-long trip to Jacksonville. It's walking distance to the beach and several restaurants, and it's a short drive to a number of other restaurants, shops, and popular spots along the northeast Florida coast. The property manager was also very responsive to any questions and requests we had. We would certainly stay here again.

Great Location Perfect House

This was a perfect getaway! Close to the beach, within walking distance of some restaurants and a quick drive in either direction to many more. The house had all the comforts of home and special touches that I was thankful for multiple times. They've thought of everything! Well decorated, comfortable bedding, a great place to stay.
