Spend your days relaxing in your **private heated pool**, soaking up the sun from the wrap-around porches, grilling outdoors, or enjoying beautiful **Gulf views from the third-floor tower and private balcony**.

Step inside Tide the Knot and you'll immediately feel the bright, relaxed beach-house atmosphere.

The first floor features an open-concept living and dining area with plenty of room for everyone to gather. The kitchen is equipped with beautiful **Café appliances**, generous counter space, and a breakfast bar with seating for five. The dining table comfortably seats six.

Also located on the first floor is a spacious guest bedroom featuring **two sets of bunk beds—one Full/Full and one Twin/Twin**. A full bathroom is conveniently located nearby, and this bedroom provides easy access to the pool area.

** SECOND FLOOR **

The second floor features two additional bedrooms and bathrooms.

The primary suite offers a comfortable king bed, private en suite bathroom with dual sinks, and a private balcony overlooking the pool.

The third bedroom features a queen bed, private full bathroom, and its own front-facing balcony.

** THIRD-FLOOR TOWER **

Head upstairs to the third-floor tower and you'll find the fourth bedroom, featuring **two sets of custom-built Twin/Twin bunk beds**.

Step outside onto the private balcony and take in the beautiful **Gulf views**—the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach.

**Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $50 per day.**

** BACHELOR / BACHELORETTE PARTIES **

A **$500 refundable security deposit** is required for all bachelor and bachelorette parties prior to arrival.

If all check-in and check-out instructions and house rules are followed and there are no damages, the deposit will be refunded to the primary guest.

** VACATION AT ITS FINEST STARTER PACK **

We pamper our guests with a complimentary starter pack of amenities to help make arrival a little easier.

Your starter pack includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, sleep mask, loofah, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, Keurig coffee pods, laundry pods, and Bounce dryer sheets.

Once the initial starter supply has been used, guests are responsible for providing any additional amenities needed for the remainder of their stay.

** ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION **

Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan providing coverage for accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to **$3,000**.

All incidents must be reported immediately. Coverage does not apply to intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damage caused by pets.

** IMPORTANT – BEFORE ARRIVAL **

All guests must complete a **Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation At Its Finest** and provide a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport, for age and identity verification.

Because this property includes a golf cart, guests must also complete a **Golf Cart Addendum** before arrival.

The minimum age to operate the golf cart is **21 years old**, and all drivers must possess a valid driver's license. **No exceptions.**
