This stunning 5-bedroom vacation home is perfect for families of all sizes!

With three adult bedrooms (king size bed in each), one children's bedroom (with two full beds) PLUS a bonus bunk space. Four full bathrooms, with each bedroom getting its own dedicated bathroom.

The house, located in the private Magnolia Dune community, is just a short 5-minute walk away from the beach, less than two miles from Seaside's restaurants and food trucks and is centrally located on 30A!

• Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date

The house was really nice, and very clean. The pool is right out the back door. The beach is a short walk, and the golf cart was really nice to have.

We had a wonderful stay overall! The house is close to restaurants and the beach. We had the option to walk with the provided wagon to the beach or take the golf cart (LSV) and park in a nearby lot. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided which we found very helpful! The house had a lot of space for our group of 6 and would highly recommend.

The house was gorgeous. It was in a perfect location to walk to the beach and to get coffee. It was a very close drive to everything you need in the golf cart that came included to use. Bicycles were also a nice touch. The house was stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfast. The beds were so comfortable. And the community pool was literally in the back yard!!

This beautiful property was perfect for our extended family vacation! It is well located just off scenic Hwy 30A but within a community on a cul de sac so that it is not noisy but close to so many activities. A new beach access with parking lot is just down the street and the 6 seat golf cart and bikes makes getting to the beach a breeze. The house is beautifully appointed and supplied with anything you need for your stay including all the kitchen gadgets and serving pieces, games, beach towels, chairs and toys, Grill. There is a shared pool just outside the back door which the kids loved! Matt, was a great host to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay and great host!

I booked this place for my family. It was a perfect stay for us! It's very close to the beach, and it has a pool, which was great for the kids. The host was very responsive as well, and he was very accommodating to our needs! I would stay here again!

pros; golf cart included, quick walk to beach, pizza restaurant, surf style, gas station, pool literally in backyard, plenty of seating for meals and watching tv on first floor, wagon, umbrella, beach toys and bikes available, double washer and dryer was wonderful, urgent care and Publix closecons: not enough drawers in bedrooms, need more bath towels/wash cloths, bedrooms smaller than expected, need more hangers for closets, volume didn't work on tve in master bedroom, wish there were more restaurants in this part of 30A

Vince and his family were the type of guests that we love to have and would welcome back any time. To anyone else looking for a great place to host their next beach vacation on 30A, we would love to have you stay at our place, complete with bikes and golf cart!

Loved our Beach trip!!

We loved our time here, perfect location, area is amazing, house and host were superb! We loved it for our big family and plan to stay here again! Thank you so much for providing us with a wonderful place to stay! The Forthman family!

Perfect family house

Everything we needed. Close proximity to beach and pool.

Great Stay

We loved the house and close proximity to the beach! The pool was nice and warm and perfectly located right out the back door. Our crew of 10 made great use of the golf cart and bikes which were helpful to explore the nearby areas. We will definitely be back

GREAT PLACE, GREAT LOCATION, GREAT TIME

Location of house was excellent. House was clean, functional and accommodating. Owner was very easy to work with. Would book again no question

Todd, thanks for choosing our home for your family vacation! Guests like Todd and his family make it so easy for rental owners. We are looking for more great guests to stay at our beach house.
