Welcome to our perfectly situated 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom newly renovated condo in Worcester. Located on the desirable West Side, you will have access to the city`s best restaurants and parks just steps away. The condo boasts an abundance of natural light, a fully equipped kitchen, and a new washer/dryer for your convenience. We can also provide cribs and pack and plays upon request. With 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins and 1 trundle bed, our condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 people.

The unit is newly renovated with high end finishes and thoughtful decor.
Four private sleeping spaces and two full bathrooms. With 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 trundle bed this condo can sleep up to 8 people and is ideal for 2- 6 people. Please request a pack and play or crib if needed. The main bedroom has an attached bathroom. There are many closets throughout the condo, including all the bedrooms.

Two off street parking spaces per reservation.

Family trip to Worcester to visit son At college. Really enjoyed this very nicely modernized and clean apartment in an old, classic house in a really historic area in Worcester at the base of Bancroft Hill near WPI.

Great spot for 2 families

We were two families and had a great time staying 2 nights in this great property. Everything was clean and functioning, a nicely decorated unit. Easy in and out. 30 minutes from Wachussett mountain, where we enjoyed a day of skiing. Good communication with the hosts. Thanks!

Always a pleasure

This was my second visit and it felt like a home away from home. Everything was immaculate. I highly recommend for parents popping in to visit their college students. My daughter and niece really appreciated to 2 days away from the dorm and also felt like they were coming home. Looking forward to my next visit.

We were in Worcester for a wedding. The house was conveniently located near the church and wedding venue. We loved staying in a home that felt apart of the heritage of the city, but with modern amenities such as two full bathrooms, and plenty of space for six adults to spread out. So much space compared to a hotel room. I also loved the added extras that made a stay easier such as saran wrap, Q-tips, spices, plenty of towels,puzzles, closet space, and a clothing steamer for me!!

Perfectly suited to our needs. Walking distance to WPI, shops, hilly walking trail across street. Excellent parking. Spacious, comfortable, clean unit. There are multiple condos within the home so there is some activity of other guests coming/going but bothersome noise was a non-issue. Owners/management were readily responsive.

Great place in Worcester!

This property is exactly as described. Wonderful location, centrally located and easy to get around Worcester. The apartment is very spacious and for an old New England style house, very quiet. I highly recommend staying here!

We slept six people very comfortably. The condo was neat, and well appointed. Pacific porches, it would be an awesome place to stay in the summer.

Spacious unit in great location

Our family came from Maine and Canada to meet up in Worcester for a production at the Hanover Theater. It was great to find a place with enough bedrooms that we could all stay and eat meals together. The living and dining areas are very bright and spacious, so we had plenty of room to lounge with our morning coffees, to play games in the evenings, even to stretch out and do yoga. The unit is in a lovely neighbourhood with beautiful old homes and big trees, and a short walk from the Bancroft monument, a park, and a grocery store. The owners were very quick to respond to any messages.

Highly recommended!!!

A beautiful victorian home with up to date features that do not detract from its charm. The hosts provided little touches like coffee service, bottled water and self care items that really made us feel welcomed and at home. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Very Nice and Pleasant Stay

I grew up in Worcester (Newton Square area) and I was looking for a nice place for my family during our stay to visit friends/family and this was perfect. Everything went very smooth and I highly recommend it. We had my wife and I, my 22 year old son, my 14 year old daughter, and my 4 year old daughter and everyone had their own bed and slept comfortably. Great job hosts!

holiday stay

Overall the place worked perfectly for our family during our stay in central MA during the Holidays. The layout of the space was functional and the number of bedrooms was perfect for us and they even had a mini crib and pac n play for us for our grand kids. A few "negative" items that are note-worthy for someone wishing to stay here. It is on the 2nd floor (which we knew) and the parking is in the rear of the house and you have to walk around the entire house to get to the front door. We are not sure why the hosts don't allow the use of the rear stair that dumps you right at the parking space which would make it so much more convenient especially with the luggage and kids. Also, the king mattress and twin beds were incredibly uncomfortable and we didn't sleep well. (way too firm, and I like firm mattresses generally) Minor, but most doors squeaked and I ended up waking up my wife every time I had to go to the bathroom as her head was directly adjacent to the door. Overall we would probably stay again, in general, it worked great for us. Maybe I'll try the queen mattress next time...

A great location and great space. The area was a bit loud as there was construction going on across the street; however, the noise was not really evidence in the bedrooms. For the size of the unit, more seating/large seating in the living room area would have been nice.

Always wonderful!

Carolyn has been a fantastic host every time we have stayed. We’re from 3000 miles away and this is our “home” in Worcester. The condo is spacious and comfortable. It is close to excellent restaurants and in a lovely neighborhood. We will be back!

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while we were in town for a baseball tournament. The condo is located in a lovely restored Victorian home right in a convenient location to hop onto anyway highway needed to travel throughout the area. Rooms were spacious, kitchen is lovely, and we couldn't have asked for Carolyn to be more responsive and friendly. She recommended two restaurants to us that the teenagers that we were traveling with thoroughly enjoyed. In addition, she advocated for us regarding parking and access when some road crews were in the area. Really appreciated the condo and Carolyn's help! We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area!
