Additionally, the icy conditions and the hilly nature of the city contributed to the situation. When I checked the home the next morning, both floors were in the 60s and the water pressure in both bathrooms was normal. I did not receive any direct communication from you about additional concerns, or I would have responded immediately. Regarding the photos you shared, they do not demonstrate the issues you described. I did not observe any mice during inspection, but I have already scheduled a licensed exterminator as a precaution. Cleanliness concerns were not reported during your stay had I known, I would have sent the cleaners back right away. For transparency, the property was left in a very messy condition with damages, and photos have been documented. Any request for compensation must go through VRBO’s official process, and I will fully cooperate. However, threats involving media or outside agencies are not appropriate and do not influence the claims process. Thank you.
