Hi Bob, We appreciate your feedback and thank you for sharing your review. We understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the issues with the refrigerator on the top floor. Unfortunately, the unit required a new control board that had to be ordered. While we understand this was an inconvenience, there was another functional full size refrigerator located in the garage for your use during that time. Unforeseen mechanical issues are sometimes out of our hands, but we acted as quickly as possible to remedy the situation. Regarding compensation, I do not see any prior correspondence about this request. However, I do see that you reached out about rebooking the same property for next year. Again, please accept our apologies for this unforeseen issue. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the property and its stunning views; it truly is an amazing location.

Hi Kimberly- Thank you so much for your 5 star review and we are happy to hear you and your family had a great Christmas week! We look forward to having you again!
