Vacay on the Beach !
Complete renovation in Nov 2022! Beautiful and well-appointed condo in Sunburst Condo Complex on Manasota Key. Relax on the dock by the Intercoastal or lounge on the sand by the Gulf shore. The beach near the condo is away from populated areas so you can enjoy it without all the crowds. Lounge in the pool or swim in the ocean - you choose. The condo has everything you will need for a great stay; just bring clothes and a toothbrush. Life is short -- live it by the beach!
POST HURRICANE HELENE & MILTON UPDATE:
The condo was not damaged in either hurricane, but the Association grounds and buildings were. The hurricanes brought 4' to 5' surges, leaving a deep layer of sand, especially on the Gulf side. The pool was completely submerged, and the wooden decking floated off the foundation. In addition, the boardwalk and wooden decks on the Gulf side remain buried under several feet of sand and sections of vinyl siding were blown off most buildings. Much recovery work has been done; for example, the pool was repaired and is now open. All air conditioning units have been replaced since they were all submerged. However, there are still noticeable unfinished projects that will be completed soon. One thing remains: the beach is beautiful, and the sunsets are spectacular!

Great location
This condo was located in a perfect location. The pool was an added bonus and many restaurants were with in walking distance. The proximity to the beach can't be beat.

November on the Key
Great place for a short getaway to celebrate a birthday. Enjoyed the beach, found some snark’s teeth and ate at good restaurants. Looking forward to another stay in the near future.

Thanks for your feedback about the pool. We work hard to earn 5-star reviews from our guests. Unfortunately, we have no control over how the Association maintains common amenities. I forwarded your comments to the Association Manager, the Board President, and the VP for Maintenance. I consider all my guests as Association Guests, and the Association has a stake in everyone's vacation experience. Sorry, the pool wasn't up to the 5-star standards we want to deliver.

we love being so close to the beach and perfect weather. We had chairs and beach umbrella was available for our use. Everything we needed was available, laundry facility are available and it very clean, 2 to wash and 2 to dry, must use a credit card, very convenient. The property is kept up, there is a new grill, we cooked red snapper, courtesy of an owner who was in her condo with her mom for Thanksgiving. If I was going to complain it would be that they didn't have a Keurig(personal preference) but they did have a coffee maker.

Thanks for your 5-star review! We’re thrilled that you and your group enjoyed your stay in Paradise. About the coffee maker, we’ve debated whether to add a Keurig machine or replace the drip maker. In a small kitchen it’s hard to find counter space for two coffee makers. We have this problem at home too, I prefer drip and my wife likes single-serve. We understand; the struggle is real!

Short getaway
My husband and I stayed for a short getaway from the snow of WNY. The condo was just as stated and checking in and out was seamless. This was our first VRBO vacation and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay on Manasota!
My husband and two sons (12 + 14) had a great week...communication and check in was smooth and easy throughout our trip, and we loved the location. A two minute walk to the beach! It was cozy for the 4 of us, but met all of our needs...we spent most of our time at the beach or pool anyway!

Great weekend get away!
We really enjoyed this whole trip. The owners were pleasant and accommodating. The place was just perfect for a family of 4. Very short walk down to the beach and even being in July the beach wasn’t crowded at all. We found a bunch of shark teeth on the beach nd had a great time!

You just can't get much closer to the beach! And this section of the beach is away from the crowds hanging out around Englewood beach. Almost like a private beach, but not. It's also close enough to the restaurants near the Englewood roundabout that you can walk from the condo. Your beach lifestyle can't get much better!

The biggest benefit of this property is its proximity to the beach. You will be quite literally just steps away from getting sand in your toes!
