Looking for the best view of the Gulf of America and a private beach on Manasota Key?
You have found it! Our place is the perfect island vacation. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a honeymoon destination or just a cozy place to relax and enjoy the beach and amazing sunsets, this is the place. We are located directly on a private beach with rare, hard to find, panoramic views in all directions of the beach, Gulf of America and the sunset. You'll enjoy spectacular, unobstructed views of the Gulf from inside the condo and on the covered, open porch. Spend your day hanging out at the beach directly in front of your condo watching the waves roll in. Watch the beautiful sunset every evening while relaxing on your porch or while having a romantic sunset dinner inside. Several restaurants, live music every night, and shopping are all within walking distance, including Magnolias on the Bay, which is right across the street that serves lunch and dinner.
The condo is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.
Enjoy keyless and easy entry. Our condo is on the second floor and does require walking up a few steps. Beach chairs are provided for your enjoyment. Free Cable TV and free WIFI are included as well.
Our condo is updated with high quality bathrooms and kitchen.
It sleeps 2 and has two full bathrooms. There is a washer and dryer for your use. Free and easy parking for 2 cars.
We do allow children and 1 dog. We do not allow additional guests, either overnight or at the beach.
If you don't see your dates available or need more space for a larger group of people, we also own the condo directly above this one, also with direct beach location/Gulf view and access, and it may be available. That property ID number is 2904004.
PLEASE NOTE: Our building is the only true beachfront in our complex of three buildings with direct views of the Gulf and beach inside the condo and on the porch.
The other two buildings in the complex are situated on the road and in the middle of the complex and require a short walk to the beach.
If you're looking for a place to sit on your porch and enjoy the sunset or watch the waves roll in, our building is the only one that has that luxury in our complex.

House was clean, cozy, as described. The bed was so comfortable that I'm trying to find the exact kind to get for myself! This was the perfect location;beachfront & near stores & restaurants. Quiet location & private. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us!

Mother, daughter trip. The condo was very clean and beautiful. Had everything we needed for the beach. Loved being able to sit on the deck and watch the waves. Will stay here again!!

The location was amazing. The house was clean. The bed was decently comfortable, which is rare. Everything you could need for your stay is there for convenience. Rikki was very communicative. My wife and I will definitely be staying there again. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Wonderful beach view. Property is well equipped and very comfortable. Only 2 issues -Front door gets stuck sometimes and can be hard to open. The TV remote may need to be replaced as some of the buttons are worn out. Other than those minor issues we had a wonderful stay

Loved the view and enjoyed having morning coffee and reading on porch. Clean and comfortable. Bath towels that were put out at arrival were of poor quality. There was an ample supply to exchange if we chose to. Our last night went out to dinner, upon return locked out. Called help number,AI not helpful. Finally reached a live person…wanted me to video my difficulty with the lock! Once they connected me to the owner, it was resolved. He was apologetic and responsive. It did damper our evening but did not impact our overall enjoyment of the property and our short stay.

Place was cute and roomy with amazing views. The beach was perfect and it was an easy walk to several restaurants.

What an absolute dream location and accommodations. We spent 90% of our time on the porch or the beach. The rest of the home is comfortable and had everything we needed including the quality beach chairs and shelling tools. The restaurants are all within walking distance. The perfect place to relax and recharge.

The property was spotless and well stocked with paper products. The host responded to our questions very quickly. There was everything thing you needed for a relaxing beach vacation.
