Thanks for dropping a review. I’m glad the stay overall hit the mark, but I totally get why the hot tub situation was a letdown. We had techs checking on it before and during your visit, and it turned out the issue was bigger than a quick fix, so it couldn’t be ready in time. I know that was especially rough since your daughter was looking forward to using it after her games. We appreciate you calling it out. We do schedule routine checks for the heating of the Hot tub but unfortunately, something unexpected happened that resulted into the repair but we appreciate your patience all throughout the process until it was resolved.
