The Pineapple Palace operated many years as the Pineapple Inn, bed and breakfast and now is set up to host and entertain large and small groups alike, sleeping up to 10 guests. Come experience the charm and elegance of this beautiful home in the historic downtown of Georgetown, Kentucky. Georgetown is nestled in the heart of horse country and the bourbon trail. This newly renovated home boast a gourmet kitchen, oversized living room, gorgeous woodwork, large stately rooms, front porch, 5 bedrooms with smart TVs and 5 full baths. The abundant space continues to the outdoor living area hosting a patio with a hot tub, fire pit, yard games and a detached garage hang out space. Whether you're a seasoned horseman, a bourbon connoisseur, an avid traveler or anyone in between, we at Roam Harvest Share believe the Pineapple Palace will meet all your needs for an enjoyable getaway.

We are Pet Friendly!
**The property is equipped with video and audio security cameras that record the exterior of the property. Cameras are located at the front and back doors as well as the patio area and the South side of the property. NO cameras in the hot tub area.Please Note:
This STR is regulated by the city of Georgetown KY Ordinance NO. 2022-25. Failure to adhere to these policies as a guest may result in removal from the property and/or loss of security deposit.

Four adult couples stayed comfortably, each with their own bathroom. The man cave garage was enjoyable as well. Would love to return here someday.

We were on a girls trip to Friesian Festival at the Kentucky Horse Park. Perfect location to the horse park... roomy bedrooms, comfortable beds... and a hot tub! Plenty of bathrooms and seating. Large driveway for multiple cars.

The place was very clean and plenty big for our group of 9, especially the living room. The hosts provided great instructions and responded quickly to any message. The street can be very busy, but the driveway has plenty of room to turn around so you don't have to try and back out. Downtown Georgetown is within walking distance and easy to get to. Everyone enjoyed their stay and would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Nice house with lots of beds

This was a great spot for us, as we were needing enough rooms and beds for 6 people. The location is good and the host provides everything to the guest, like a stocked kitchen and toiletries. Very nice stay.

Perfect House for a Golf Trip

We had 8 guys that had a wonderful stay at Pineapple Palace. The house is laid out wonderfully, plenty of space (beds), a great backyard and a perfect garage/game room/hang space for evening festivities. Would stay here again for sure.

Great house and awesome location to the Kentucky Horse Park

We are planning to come back in two years for Pony Club Festival and we will definitely be booking this property. Excellent location perfect set up for multiple families to share expenses for the competition.

Great location, great historic property

Group of 6 guys on a yearly trip. Great location for Keeneland, and bourbon tours. House was great and everyone was very comfy. Table tennis in the garage aka man cave was perfect! Thank you Brent and fam !

Great home for a large group!

We had a group of 10 and were swimming in space. Kitchen was well equipped and had almost everything you need. Overall great stay and would not hesitate to visit again!

Nothing but a perfect review!!

We were in town with 3 couples and our college boys for the KY game. The pineapple house fulfilled our needs completely. It was so clean, and had plenty of beds and sitting/dining areas for all of our guests. The bedding was super soft! The historic feel gave it a special touch.

Wonderful property that is very convenient to the Horse Park

I had a horse competing at the Thoroughbred Makeover and this house was perfect for our group of 11 women. It was convenient to the Horse Park and we enjoyed being able to have dinner as a large group in the dining room. The comfortable living room had ample room for all of us to gather and watch our training videos. I would highly recommend this property. And my mare "Pretty in Prado" won the Freestyle division. A perfect finish to a fun week.

College Reunion

We had a group of eight guys meeting for an annual college reunion. This property was all we hoped for. Lots of bedrooms, a large modern kitchen and in close proximity to the Bourbon Trail distilleries which we were touring. We were pleasantly surprised by the quaint downtown Georgetown area which is a 15 minute walk. The owner is very nice and responded quickly to questions. Highly recommend.

Whiskey weekend

Eight of us stayed for a long weekend. It was the perfect size house for our group. The location was also fantastic, half a mile to downtown Georgetown, which is an adorable by the way. There were plenty of restaurants in walking distance. It’s also about a 20 minute drive from the airport which is perfect. We did a whiskey day on Thursday, a track day on Friday, and then we sat around and watched football in the garage on Saturday. We would definitely come back with a big group. The owners were responsive and attentive.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Pineapple Palace Historic Home! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained everything was. The home is rich in historic charm, with thoughtful details throughout that make it feel warm, welcoming, and unique.The location is unbeatable—just minutes from downtown, which is full of great restaurants and shops. Close to the horse park, the ark encounter, and much, much more! Whether you're exploring or just relaxing at the house, there's always something to do. What really sets the Pineapple Palace apart is how much there is to enjoy right at home. There are cozy spots to relax, play games and entertainment, and a peaceful outdoor area that’s perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. It truly felt like a home away from home, but even better.We can't recommend this place enough—a perfect blend of history, comfort, and location. Would definitely come back.

Georgetown College Graduation Stay and Family Party

The Pineapple Palace was an amazing house to entertain your family or friends. We had 10 people in our party and we had ample enough space and amenities. This house is complete with all the cooking pans, utensils, glassware, silverware, dinnerware, etc. the only thing we needed to purchase more of was toilet paper and paper towels. The house is equipped with two washers and two dryers and has wonderful cupboard storage space for pantry items. We loved our time there and had a lot of fun in the furnished garage which we used fo keeping our ice chest stocked and had a blast playing ping-pong and Pac-Man! At the end of our four nights there it was very hard to leave.

Pineapple Palace perfect place for family memories

We had a group of 15 stay here from several states for thanksgiving dinner with our sister who lives locally. We were comfortable in the 10 queen beds (all identical and new) and individually heated/cooled bedrooms. The kitchen and dining room served for thanksgiving dinner for 20. We made use of the separate game room (formerly a garage, also heated) for our Friday night game time. The large outdoor chess set was a nice surprise. We will definitely be back.

March Madness Stay

We were down there for the March Madness tournament in Lexington and dediced to stay North in Georgetown.This property was built in the 1800’s but Brent did a phenomenal job of updating it with a modern touch. Plenty of room to hang out, the hot tub was nice to use, and the garage space was cool. Each individual (10 of us) had their own bed which was nice.Would highly recommend to anyone.Brent was extremely reachable and always replied back in a very timely manner. It was great meeting him when he briefly stopped by the property to work on the hot tub. Thank you Brent!

Pineapple palace!

This was the perfect home for a weekend stay in Kentucky. Everything was clean and everything we needed was either already at the home or close enough to walk and pick up. We had 18 adults staying in the home and there was enough room for us all to comfortably stay. We were able to get cabs or ubers to Lexington and Keeneland for a reasonable price and the town of georgetown was very fun to hangout in. Distelleries were also nearby enough that we were able to go to 3. I would recommend castle and key. You are on a main road so be careful leaving the driveway as traffic is moving quickly and it is a busy road. The home was everything we needed for a great weekend. Thank you to the homeowners!

Girls’ weekend - Bourbon & Horsesrip

The Pineapple Palace was a great place to stay for our annual girls’ trip (9 women over 50 yo). We all had a queen-sized bed, with no more than 2 of us per spacious bedroom and bathroom. The living area had a huge sectional with plenty of comfortable space for all of us. Likewise, there was plenty of seating in the dining room. The prepared dinners 2 evenings and the kitchen was well-equipped. enjoyed the backyard when the weather was nice. We stayed for 3 days/4 nights. We had a Bourbon Trail day (Woodford Reserve and Castle & Key, with lunch at The Stave), a Horse Park and Keeneland day, and an exploration day (Lexington/UK, Midway, Georgetown). All were within 30 min of the house. The Pineapple Palace is on a main road through town. We had no problem getting in/out of the driveway. We did notice a lot of emergency vehicles driving past with sirens.
