VRCC Villa Bella Vista

For boaters, Villa Bella Vista offers an excellent starting point. It not only offers fast boat access to the Gulf of Mexico (20 minutes) but also sailboat access. That means no bridge or narrow space prevents you from renting a large boat.

A boat can be booked with the house. All our boats have powerful engines (at least 250HP), GPS system with depth measurement and fish-finder function, cool box, cabin and Bluetooth radio. BOATING IN FLORIDA IS ALLOWED WITHOUT A LICENSE !!

The villa is located in an extremely quiet area. The Rosegarden area is characterized by the many new villas along the lakes and the lovingly designed gardens. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The beach of Cape Coral is only a few minutes' walk away.

Villa Bella Vista was extensively renovated until May 2020. All furniture and appliances are new. The redesigned pool / outdoor area is the highlight of this house. From the Tiki Hut and pool you can enjoy the fantastic view of the canal. Electrically and heated, the pool brings the water to a comfortable temperature in every season, which you can determine yourself.

From the elegant, light-flooded living room you can enjoy the view of the large pool, the canal and the tropical garden. The sliding glass doors can be opened completely, so that there is a great inside-outside feeling.

In addition to the large master bedroom (with 50´LCD) with king size bed and walk-in closet, there is another king size bed in the 2nd bedroom, a queen size bed in the 3rd bedroom and also in the 4th bedroom.

In the master bedroom there is the large bathroom with double vanity and spacious shower. A shower is also available in the guest toilet.

You also have a fantastic view of the pool and canal from the completely new kitchen with oven, stove with ceramic hob, fridge and microwave. In addition to the common filter coffee machine, a Nespresso coffee machine is also available.

Furthermore, free high-speed WiFi is available throughout the house.

However, we are very sorry that you were disappointed in having to pay an electric charge. Homeowners decided to charge based on actual usage rather than a flat fee. We take a photo of the electric meter at check-in and check-out to determine the exact consumption. This approach ensures fairness, as some guests may run the air conditioning at very low temperatures while leaving windows and doors open, or operate the pool heater at a high setting but use the pool minimally. Great place, perfect for our family of 7!

Property was as described, great situation for mom, dad, and 5 kids. Pool was fantastic, fishing in the canal, and quiet neighborhood. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great Property, well managed

Really enjoyed our stay at Bella Vista. Everything that we needed was at the property and all clean and well maintained. The property was not just clean and tidy, it was also well furnished and decorated which made it very homely, we rented a boat from the same company, used the boat dock and everything worked very well. Highly recommended.

Amazing place, amazing time!

This is such a beautiful home and the staff with VRCC was great. Josh gave us some great info about the water and restaurants in the area. And Sharron was very nice. She had the place smelling refreshing with some nice ambiance music playing when we walked in. Highly highly recommend!!

Nice property

The house was just as listed. The property was clean. The boat was delivered and ready to go. We arrived late because our flight was canceled and the property manager wasn’t very friendly when we called and asked about heating the pool that night. The one bathroom is barely functional. The master bathroom was good. The beds are comfortable and kitchen is stocked.

Peaceful Retreat

If you’re like me, cleanliness of the home is the most important quality in a rental and Villa Bella Vista definitely hit the mark on that. This home away from home has everything you need. Comfy master bed, quality bathroom, fully equipped kitchen. And that’s just the inside. The entire back of the home is full of sliding glass doors so you can view the pool and canal from almost every room. The screen enclosed area is very large with many comfortable lounging/seating areas. We also enjoyed sitting out on the dock area. The street is very quiet with no through traffic, a great quality especially if bringing 4-legged friends. We will definitely be back to this little paradise. As far as storm damage goes, this home either had no damage or the damage has already been fixed. Everything, including the management group that came out to check us in and out, was outstanding!

Vacation

There were a lot of roaches alive and dead. I also never heard of paying for electricity on top of the rental. But the house had no toilet paper when we check in just a half a roll. The house smelled like it had been sitting. Had to go out and buy things I normally would not have. Maybe leave enough provisions for the stay for a guest. No soap or anything. But regardless it was no a nice sleep when you are killing cockroaches. Pool furniture decayed ! It was 110 for electricity for 4 days ! It that were the case it would be over 700$ for the month for that house. Nickel and dime us. Stay in hotel next time.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate every feedback even feedback that is not positive for us helps us to improve our service. Let me clarify the items you complained about to explain future guests how it came to this revenge review. Lorraine had a great trip and never contacted us until check out. There was no complaint about cockroaches, missing toilet paper (we provide a starter package) or the pool furniture. We have a property manager on site that could have acted right away. It all went downhill at check out with the property manager when Lorraine apparently first realized that she had to pay for excessive electric consumption. Yes we charge for electric, we published it on our listing, we highlighted it in our contract you signed before you came and we told you at your check in on site. We understand now that you don’t like our terms and conditions regarding the electricity charge but since it was very clear from the beginning we don’t understand why you booked the place anyway. Dear potential future guests, revenge reviews are something we can´t control. It happens to every business and times online are getting rougher. it seems revenge reviews are an appropriate tool for many people to get what they think they are entitled to get. We disagree and hope the numerous 5 star reviews for our property help you to get a better look at things

Nice place

The home was nice. A few issues with windows not being locked, wrong key code for door, random roof repair man visiting and lawn guy mowing. Expected dish soap and pool floats. Water alert for E-Coli...would have expected rental to provide bottled water for us or deduct bottle water costs from electrical charges. Overall, would rate 6-7 out of town.

Very relaxing place!!

Very nice villa. Comfortable big beds. Beautiful pool and pool area. We had no hot water in one of the showers the first day and management came over within a couple hours and had it fixed! Quiet neighborhood, we felt very comfortable taking walks through neighborhood. Met a few neighbors who were all very nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place!

Super chill place

We were looking for a comfortable place to chill for a few days and this place definitely provided that. We rented a boat for 2 days and having a place to dock it right out the back door was so convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet and a friendly place to walk my Yorkie. Would definitely recommend this place and consider it again if we happen to travel to Cape Coral in the future!!

Nice home, beautiful pool and dock, great kitchen

We really enjoyed our stay at this home and all of the great amenities. Kitchen had everything if you wanted to cook, pool was clean, doc is beautiful if you are renting a boat, and house was clean - which was a must for me. Of note is that the TV only includes the very basic cable and the internet speed is slow so streaming your own services or working remotely can be a negative.

Perfect cape coral home

Everything about our stay was great, house was very clean which given Covid was a concern. It may be the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in. Beautiful home on the water, had everything we needed. Very friendly neighbors, we took full advantage of the pool and rented some canoes to go kayaking. Highly recommend, we stayed with our 2 children, 14 and 12, and everyone had a blast. Can't wait to go back next year.

Relaxing Retreat

It was great to get a away from the overcast days in the North for a quick five night stay. We ordered a boat which was delivered and picked up on schedule. We were allowed to extend our check-out for one hour which was a huge help. The pool and bedrooms/common areas were clean and very comfortable. My only suggestion is a shampooing of cushions, particularly the couch and outside furniture. While our stay couldn't have been better, attention to some of the smaller details would truly make this home sparkle!

Just wonderful

This beautiful house is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It has everything you can think of to make the stay enjoyable. The word comfort comes to mind when I think of it. We rented the hurricane boat for 4 days, and it made the experience even better. Getting out of the canal is 25 min approximately, but you are sightseeing at the same time. Sanibel island is a short ride, after you are out of it. The water around that island was the clearest I've ever seen it, and we saw dolphins every time we got out on the boat. We put gas on a fuel station on the way out of the canal. The property manager was quick to answer any request, and was not intrusive in any way. Highly recommend this rental property.

Great location and house

We had a great time! The house was great and clean. We loved hanging by the pool and fishing off the dock. I would highly recommend renting a boat. It was easy to use and navigate the area to the nearest beaches and sand bars. The boating was our favorite part and really made our stay extra memorable.

Beautiful home, comfortable stay

We had a very nice stay and have no complaints about the property. The trees and plants are lovely and the lawn is kept very nicely. The management were so helpful and addressed any needs we had in a timely manner. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the pool was refreshing and clean as well. The neighborhood is quiet and the canal is very peaceful to sit and watch the fish pass by under the dock. Very close to some good restaurants and shopping. It was so nice to be able to bring our pooches along for the trip. The 5 of us had a great time.

Perfect Family Trip

This house is Amazing. Clean, Comfortable & lots of space inside. Modern Kitchen, Baths & Laundry. It was also very clean. The pool area was very large with plenty of seating and lounge chairs. The outdoor dining table & couch area was so once we did not want to leave. We brought food in most nights. We highly recommend and want to return.

A perfect getaway

The house grabbed our attention from the first moment we saw the listing and it did not disappoint! The entire home was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and the pool was heavenly! We probably spent more time in the pool than any other part of the house. Coming from the frozen Midwest it was a perfect escape and we would love to go back!
