Living Area: The heart of the home, the living area features a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Enjoy entertainment on the large TV. The open-plan design connects seamlessly to the dining area and kitchen, creating a perfect space for family gatherings.



Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, the kitchen is ready for preparing delicious meals. It also includes cookware, dishes, and silverware.

Lovely place, great location

Location was perfect for my work commitments and Scottsdale shopping/restaurants. I only wish I had more free time to enjoy the pool and outdoor spaces. Clean and comfortable... Will be on our list if we return.

Awesome place to stay!

The unit was extremely clean, had a dedicated parking spot, and came with everything one might need to do things like cook while staying. The washer/dryer was a quick 15-second walk out the back door and the pool area was easily accessible as well. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The property was in a nice neighborhood and located near shopping that my daughter was interested in. Accommodations were flawless and would recommend this property.

Great spot in Old Town Scottsdale

This is a great location in Scottsdale - easy to get to and access, with good communication from the host. There were a few things that needed cleaning and repair, and the host was appreciative of the feedback. The second bathroom on the first floor was a bonus, as was the outdoor space. We enjoyed our stay!

A comfortable oasis

Wedding Trip

We stayed at this location for a wedding. The place was nice and easy to find and get around the town. Great location. Could use some carpet cleaning and a new fan in the bathroom. Really loved the outdoor garden. Was very peaceful to relax in.

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed the stay at this property. It was so quiet and barely saw anyone. We sat out on the patio and would have had the pool all to ourselves whenever we wanted. Very clean and comfortable beds. Everything we needed!

Mother/Daughter getaway weekend

This condo was perfect for a long weekend in Scottsdale. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed. It was very close to hiking, shopping, dining and museums-which were all the activities we wanted to do!! The owner was also very responsive.

Great central location

We were in town for spring training baseball-SF Giants field, so location was great! Walking distance to good restaurants and shopping. We also walked the Camelback trail which was just 1mile from condo to the trailhead. Condo was nice and comfortable-liked the pool and grounds area. A little traffic noise at night but not too bad.

Nice property and as we expected. We were in for a long weekend on the go all day & exhausted by the evening. We enjoyed relaxing at the end of the evening in a comfortable couch or outside on the small patio.

The owners were very nice. This is an average condo. The location is walking distance to Old Town. The condo was a little dated, big stains on carpets uostairs, rug in livingroom a little questionable. I like to do yoga, and wasnt comfortable. Tge beds, ok. Pillows not the best. The toilet paper very thin. If yiu want an average condo, this place is fine.

This place sucks

Very noisy heating system, no lamps for reading in the entire condo, overhead lighting only. The beds were the redeeming factor. It is not in Old Time as advertised. We won’t book here again.

Thank you so much for staying in our condo! We hope you had a safe trip home. As your review of our condo is inaccurate, we'd like to clarify a few things so that other potential guests who look at our listing are not confused. This condo is quite literally in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale (we're assuming this is what you meant when you stated 'Old Time' in your review). From the condo, you can easily walk to Fashion Square Mall and a few restaurants (2-minute walk). If you're up for a slightly longer walk, the main strip of bars/clubs/restaurants of Old Town Scottsdale is 1 mile from the condo. This is a 5 minute drive or 17 minute walk. This complex is one of the closest possible locations to stay at to enjoy everything Old Town Scottsdale has to offer. We hope you reviewed the photos of our listing prior to booking! As you can see, there are no side table lamps. While this may be a personal preference of yours, we did not advertise the unit as having this specific type of lighting. Thanks for your feedback though so we can consider adding additional lamps. However, we can assure other potential guests that the home has great lighting and plenty of beautiful natural light as well! Finally in regard to the heating system - we have never heard this complaint before but will certainly look into it. As Arizona is typically pretty warm, the heater has not been ran much. We've personally stayed in the unit with the AC running (as it does for most of the year) and did not note any loud noises. We'll work to get your review taken down by VRBO, as one of your statements was completely inaccurate. But we wanted to respond so that other guests knew the location of the condo was correct. We're sorry you did not enjoy your stay and felt the need to give us the lowest possible rating. Other guests have very much enjoyed this condo, which we are happy about. We hope you enjoyed your overall trip to Arizona, even though you did not personally enjoy our home. Thanks!

Overall ok. Carpet upstairs very stained. Some of the cookware had been put away covered in grease. I did not think the description was clear on washer and dryer. There is NOT a washer and dryer in the unit.

The unit itself has been nicely renovated. However, we had orginally booked for 4 people in the unit, we were only given1 flimsy towel each, no pool towels. Towels were of thrift store quality at best. Pots and pans were scratched, again not the quality expected for the price of the unit. I'm a cancer survivor, and these were dangerous to me. Another thing was a listing of a washer & dryer as an amenity, however, when I went to do a load of laundry in the laundry room, there was only a sink!! Didn't expect that!! The unit initially was difficult to find, as it was dark when I arrived, the numbers were confusing. I had to drive around a few times and when I finally found the # on the unit, I wasn't sure if I had found the right unit. (Ignore the #'s on the parking spaces)!!!

Quiet place

Everything was mostly good. We had a problem with the garbage disposal when we checked in that was broken and emitted a foul smell. Bailey sent a repairman promptly and got it fixed. The place could have been a little cleaner, but overall we were pleased.
