Prepare to be amazed! This fantastic 4 bedroom/2.5 bathroom Glendale home has great curb appeal, spacious formal dining, and living areas w/ soaring ceilings. The gorgeous kitchen offers maple cabinetry w/ granite counters, built-in appliances, & an island complete w/ a breakfast bar. Master bathroom has a large soaking tub for relaxing. The expansive backyard includes a covered patio, mature shade trees, & a sparkling blue pool perfect for the warm summer days. Your vacation awaits you!

Only 2.3 miles to the Cardinals Stadium and approximately the same distance to the Coyotes Arena, as well as the Westgate Entertainment District, offering dining, bars, movie theater and other family entertainment and Tanger Outlets of Phoenix are located across the street from the Entertainment District. This is ideal for Spring Training fans, ranging from 4-39 miles, with Camelback, Brewers, and Peoria being the closest. There are several golf courses ranging from 1-15 miles in radius. Top Golf is less than 3 miles away. Only 19 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

- The pool at this property is not equipped with a heating unit and the water fountain in the pool is not currently operational.

Everything we had hoped for

The house was perfect for our family. Pool area as great and we spent a lot of time there. Kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked there almost every day. Great floor plan for the house and it was clean. The management company was very responsive to a minor issue and went above and beyond. They even checked in during the week to see if we needed anything. This was different from vrbo bookings we’ve had elsewhere. The Westgate Entertainment District was less than 10 min away, which was awesome. Scottsdale was not a bad drive and we made it several times for hikes and shopping. I would highly recommend this home - we go to the Phoenix area to visit family 2-3 times per year and this house will be at the top of our list for next time. Thanks!!!

Fun in the sun and a great house!

Our week in the house was fun! Really nice backyard and pool. Beds were comfortable and the layout of the kitchen looking into the family room with gigantic TV made for lots of space to gather. We woke up one morning with no hot water, but the property manager responded real quick and a new water heater was installed that day and problem resolved.

Great place to stay in Glendale

Nice house and neighborhood. Quiet and clean. Minutes away from West End sports venues. Great place for a Spring Training junket

Disappointed in reviews

The location and size of rental were good! The beds were nice and comfortable. The amenities and all the little extras that make a vacation home were lacking. For example, we were allotted 1bath towel per person so I had to do laundry every day in order to have a clean towel. It was rather challenging to cook and serve meals as there were only 4 cups and 4 glasses for a property that advertised accommodations for 9 people. I found it additionally frustrating that so many reviews were excellent, as there’s no way this property could be considered updated or luxurious! The baseboards had not been wiped in weeks and there was paint chipping from the master bathroom shower wall. The half bath trim was missing paint in large patches. We will not stay here again.
