We understand your concerns about the bathrooms, and we sincerely apologize for the condition you found them in. We have already notified the Property Inspector assigned to this rental, and a thorough inspection will be conducted to check for mold and address the issue promptly. Thank you for providing feedback on your recent stay. It's wonderful to hear that the location and size of the house have been suitable for your family gatherings. However, we understand your concerns regarding the wear and tear on some of the amenities and furnishings. Your input is valuable, and we can ensure you that we will let the proper parties know. If you plan to visit the same area again or have any specific preferences for your next vacation, feel free to let us know, and we can assist you further. We hope your future stays are even more enjoyable and thank you for choosing the same house for three years in a row! Safe travels. Warm regards, Benchmark Management

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed review. We are so pleased that the house worked well for your family of 9 and that you enjoyed the incredible location, the comfortable beds, the spacious layout, and the wonderful balconies where you could hear the ocean. We are also glad the kitchen was well stocked and that the water pressure was to your liking. We appreciate your feedback regarding the electronic key fobs for beach access. Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust the number of fobs provided, as they are allotted by the HOA. We understand how this could require extra coordination for larger groups. Your comments about the extra blankets and the nightstand are helpful, and we will review these areas for improvement. Thank you for bringing them to our attention. We are happy the floorplan suited your family, and we agree that the kitchen location may be something future guests with mobility concerns should consider. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback, and we hope to welcome you back in the future! Sincerely, Benchmark Management
