When your return home after a day of adventure, unwind on the furnished balcony with your crew. Enjoy the soothing sights and sounds of the river that runs through the complex while you sip afternoon cocktails. More outdoor fun awaits at the shared pool, as well as the shared tennis courts.

Inside the beachy condo, you'll find a modern kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. The whole group can sit down for vacation meals between the kitchen bar and the adjacent dining table. After dinner, host a board game night or settle in to watch a movie on the living room TV. Central AC and a private washer/dryer offer comfort and convenience during your stay.

We had a lovely stay at this beach house! So close to many beaches and restaurants. The house is comfortable and easy check in and check out process. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Great location

Our family stayed for a week and enjoyed the rental. The location is prime. Most things including the beach are just a short walk away. The rental had everything we needed, nicely decorated and spacious.

We've already booked it again for next year.

What and ideal location. The unit is beautiful and the view of the bay is great. Very comfortable, spacious. Family of 5 adults were never piled on top of each other. The fact that each bedroom had a TV was a plus. We loved it so much we came home and booked it for the same time next year!

A much needed get-a-way

The townhouse was great location to take kids for bike rides without having to use busy roads. Convenient to many parks and restaurants that allowed us to use our bikes or walk. A short 15 min walk to the beach. Thank you for allowing my family to stay.

Location was okay but too far from the beach. If you’re fine with going to the pool and driving to get most places, it’s fine. The house served the purpose, but had many ants and blinds that provided no privacy.

Our homes are treated quarterly for pests, and our property manager has assured us that they are taking preventative measures to combat the entrance of unwanted critters. Regrettably, with the home's rainforest location, as well as the climate of the island, pests are not uncommon. We hope to host you for an even better stay in the future!

Overall a really nice place great location and adequate space for everyone. Clearly a bit worn down but thats expected after a summer so thats nothing I worried about. I was a bit disappointed that the washer wasnt working. There was wet towels in it and someone had taken the agitator out and stashed in the dryer which was bizarre. I contacted property management and they said someone would come and take care of it but no one ever did. We were only there for a few days so I didn't bother with trying to get it fixed anymore. There were open bags of chips in the cabinets and moldy coffee grounds in the coffee pot which was pretty gross. With some upkeep and Better cleaning this would be a 5 star

Home needs improvement, great location though

Location was great. Even the overall place was fairly nice. Big downside was the water damaged, bowed ceiling that was right in the kitchen and dining room area. We called as soon as we entered the unit and were told maintenance would be coming, we stayed an entire week and no one ever came. The sofas in the living room were REALLY stained up (my wife wouldn’t even sit on them), also not comfortable at all. 3 of our outside patio chairs were broken/ripped and unusable. Also the vents need to be cleaned at a minimum on the surface, air filters probably too because as soon as we entered it smelled almost of cigar smoke (maybe?) and just musty overall (unless it’s mold from the water issue in the ceiling!). The washer works fine but the dryer does not dry almost at all, it takes at minimum 4-5 cycles to dry anything.

Beautiful house but no access to the pool

The house was beautiful and accommodated everyone from teenagers to my elderly parents on the first floor with their own bathroom. My only complaint is customer service since this company has changed their name this is the first time me using them since the name change. I had a problem with fob key for the pool it was not located in the house I contact customer service day two of us staying at this location they said where it's supposed to be and what it look like and it wasn't located anywhere day three I called back to see if someone has located the key where I can find it or if I can still have access to the pool without the key no response they said that they were giving me a call back so me and my kids and my elderly parents had no pool access unacceptable. The house had everything else that it needed for rainy days but when it's weather was good we had no access to the pool unless we went to the beach in the boardwalk. Wi-Fi was good only if you were in the living room and maybe above the kitchen in that back bedroom that contains for only game console, for the phones any tablets it works fine.I cannot say I will be back for another year. FYI customer service still has not called me back and I left today June 9th this was the end of stay.

Place has so much potential but the owners are greatly neglecting the space. The condo was filthy. The couches are old, dirty and have multiple stains. The outdoor space is unusable. Completely dirty with a broken umbrella for the table and only 2 of the 7 chairs were usable. The other 5 were broken and unusable. The sliding screen door was broken and fell off the rails after the first use. Enormous water stain in the ceiling. Wires & cords everywhere. No organization at all. Every single closet had broken hangers and leftover belongings thrown about. Pathetic. For the amount of money owners rake in off renters, they should at least have usable, clean furniture. I can’t believe Vacasa actually rents this spot out.

Great little stay

We all had a lovely stay at this condo. The condo was just what we needed. Pool was great too. So close to everything and just across the parking lot to our favorite Harpoon Hannahs and the pontoon boat. Already looking forward to next year!

Great home

Very clean when we arrived, only bad thing is that we had trouble with upstairs bath tub not switching over to shower we called for maintenance but they never came we was stuck using one shower the whole week.
