Direct Beachfront 1 Bedroom/2 Full Bathroom Condo! Pelican Isle! Sleeps 6! Perfectly located on Beautiful Okaloosa Island! This beautiful 820 sq. ft. 1 Bedroom/2 Full Bathroom upgraded and 4th floor condo features a great location and comfort! Enjoy this perfect location just steps to the pool & beach and fantastic view from the private balcony! Included in your rental is Beach Service - 2 Chairs & 1 Umbrella- March 1-October 31st. No packing and lugging chairs to and from the beach.

The bedroom features a King bed and has an attached private full bathroom (Shower/Tub). There is a cozy bunk bed alcove (sleeps 2) in the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) in the living area. The 2nd full bathroom has a Walk In Shower. There is a wonderfully upgraded & equipped kitchen with all new stainless appliances for preparing any meal! Filtered water and ice maker in Refrigerator. 5 Star Linens and towels are provided. 6 Beach Towels provided. Washer & Dryer in the Unit.

Pelican Isle Resort is a clean, quiet, and well-kept condo complex that is centrally located on beautiful Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach. Just minutes from Destin (approximately 7 miles), and a short 15-20 minutes from the great Fort Walton Airport (VPS) where Allegiant, Delta, Southwest, American, & United Airlines all fly daily!

The property was very nice, the only thing was we could not find access to the beach without any steps. The room was clean, the beach view was great. The check in process was very fast and easy! Parking was nice but no cover parking available. We had a great stay!

We loved our stay in this unit. The owners were quick to reply to our needs and questions. For 800 sq. feet the unit felt very large for our family of four. The beach and the pool never felt overcrowded. The beach chairs and umbrella are great additions that come with the package of the property. We felt the price was very reasonable for being right on the Gulf. Overall, we had a great stay and would not hesitate to get this condo again.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Right on the beach with the beach service provided was just what we needed for our vacation! And to have such a beautiful view of the ocean from our deck made it even more special.The pool was so nice when we needed a refreshing alternative to the ocean. The condo was furnished in such a lovely way and the host was very helpful. During check in I was concerned about parking since there was no one at the desk at that time, however the person I contacted from Vrbo immediately contacted our host and the host immediately reached out to me explaining we could pick up our parking pass the next morning. The following morning the person at the desk was very helpful!

We arrived Monday 13th thru Saturday 18th! The condo was very clean, spacious for us!! It was exactly what I was looking for in a condo on the beach!! Our view of the beach was perfect!!! It was completely stocked with everything you need!!! I cannot recommend this condo enough. Definitely a 10/10 for us!! The owners of the condo answered any questions I had!! When I would send her a message within 5 min she was responding to me!! I also needed an extra night to stay, I asked her if she had anything available and she had this same condo available for last night!! So we were able to stay an extra night!! Our next beach trip I will definitely being staying I this particular condo!! Also our balcony was directly over the pool so we sat on the balcony and watched the kids swim!!!!

This was our first time to this beach and area. The room was perfect and the hosts were very helpful and accommodating. The beach was not crowded at all. The condo is a perfect location just minutes from all sorts of restaurants and activities.

Excellent beach rental

We had the best week. Condo was everything it said it was and then some. Had one tiny issue rhst was fixed immediately. Will definitely be returning to this beautiful condo!

Everything was great

We stayed in Fort Walton for 11 wonderful days. It has the best beach for beach walkers. There are many good resturants nearby. We plan to come back.

Native to Colorado, We were looking for a bit of beach to call our own. We were first introduced to Pelican Isle in 2021 when friends invited us to stay with them and check out their beach front condo. Our boys at the time were 10 and 12 and our daughter 4. Not sure what we had in store, we quickly learned that Okaloosa Island is a FANTASTIC place to take our children. We could enjoy the quiet of the beach with out spending a fortune. The proximity of Pelican Isle to Destin and the Panhandle is one of many reasons we chose to make Pelican Isle our second home.
