We loved our stay. This was our first visit to Okaloosa and loved the beaches and nearby attractions. Jan’s place was very clean and cozy. We loved that it had direct beach access, had a deck overlooking the ocean and had a full kitchen with everything we needed.

Great weekend getaway

The property was continently located minutes from town, but just far enough away so the beaches were semi private. Amazing view from the balcony. What little time we spent in the condo was pleasant. The condo was very clean and cozy. Would definitely book again.

Great Beach getaway

We had a great stay! Jan was very responsive through the booking and check in process and then again when we had an issue with one of the appliances. She responded within minutes and got the issue fixed quickly. The condo has a great view of the ocean. It is located right above the pool so there is some pool noise during the day but it can't be heard past the living room. The condo was well stocked. The chair service at the beach was a great bonus. We also appreciated that the beach has lifeguards as the water was very rough when we visited. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect spot on the beach

We have been to the area many times so we wanted to try a new place. We loved that we were right on the beach. I really loved that this property was ran by Jan and not a huge site. Jan was very responsive with any issues. We checked in and had an appliance issue but Jan has her cell phone in the book so I messaged her and she responded quickly and was going to send a handy man out the next day. I recommend this property especially through Jan. We are returning for a wedding in June and we are going to recommend the unit to some others!

This is a perfect property for a young family with kids who will be using the pool, which is just below the balcony. You can sit on the balcony and watch, listen and talk to them from 9:00 am until 10:00 pm. It does not work for a couple who want to sit on the balcony, enjoy the gulf view, and have a quiet conversation. The host, Jan, is pleasant and helpful. I would certainly rent from her again and recommend her.

Great beach access. This condo is on the first floor and the balcony is directly over the pool. So there is not privacy on the balcony. Other than that, it was all good.

Om værten

Vært: Jan

Værtens profilbillede
I've been a licensed real estate agent in Fort Worth Texas for several years and also an investor. My husband and I currently own 4 short term rentals and I love everything about it. I enjoy
purchasing and decorating as well as providing an incredible stay for guests. Having some place to stay that is immaculate and fun to create memories is my goal!

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

Nothing better than seeing the ocean from your balcony and talking long walks on the beach without ever having to get in your car!

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Ocean views with a 5 minute walk to the beach. Sit on the balcony with your morning cup of coffee and enjoy the views. Nothing better
