Welcome to Sky Ridge Retreat!! Unrivaled ski slope views from the largest turn-key home all of Moonridge. Spanning 3,539 Sq Ft and clad in knotty cedar siding and log accents, this majestic lodge abounds in quality craftsmanship and rustic mountain elegance. Amenities include 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, game room, 10-seat private home theater, back deck with hot tub and BBQ, concrete driveway, laundry room, and extensive decking to enjoy some of the most iconic views in Big Bear. Kitchen features granite slab counters, custom cabinets, a large island, appliances and attached formal dining. Spectacular great room offers vaulted ceilings, large wood beams, and beautiful floor to ceiling stone fireplace.
While air conditioning is absent, nature compensates with its own cooling system - the fresh mountain air.
* Max occupancy -16 people, 14 Adults Maximum. The maximum for guests and adults CAN NOT be exceeded at any given time.
* Parking Details:
Max of 5 cars on-site. (Does have garage access)
* This home is pet friendly! (Maximum: 2 pets)
Pets MUST be pre-approved in advance.
A pet fee of $125 per pet will apply IF the pet(s) has been approved. Pet fee is requested after the booking is confirmed.
* If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without SoCal Vacations' approval: There is a fine of $500 per pet.
Pet Rules:
- Do not leave pets unattended in the home unless kenneled.
- Do not let pets on any furniture or beds.
- Pick up after your pet.
- You will be responsible and charged for any damages caused by pets.
The same way you are expecting us to answer all your questions, concerns and help you out with any issue you might have in a timely manner, we are expecting you to be respectful of the home and the rules. Most of these rules are enforced by city officers since they follow a code or regulation at a city level, some are just to keep the homes as perfect as we possibly can, believe me when I say, all I care is for my guests to have an amazing experience and for my owners to love our services, but for that, rules need to be respected on both sides.
- Please respect the home and follow the rules, just as you expect timely assistance from us. Many of these rules are city regulations, while others help us maintain the homes in top condition. Our goal is to ensure a great experience for our guests and property owners.
* Check-In: Remote check in after identity verification.
* Parking: Follow city-enforced parking limits. If you need more space, let us know.
* Occupancy: Adhere to the maximum occupancy limits enforced by us and the city. No exceptions.
* Noise: Be respectful to neighbors. Keep music inside and at a low volume. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We have monitoring system in place that reads decibels of noise and notifies you directly and us of loud noises.
* A/C: Most homes do not have air conditioning. Nights are cooler with open windows.
* Ants: Clean up after meals to avoid attracting ants. We use traps and sprays, but cleanliness is key.
* Trash: Dispose of trash at the designated clean site as required by city regulation.
* Age Requirement: You must be at least 24 years old to book. We do not allow parties. This rule is strictly enforced.

Checking In:
* IDs are required at check-in.
* You must be 24 years or older to book and check in.
* You'll need to sign a Rental Agreement with the Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy (5 minutes). The link with the rental agreement will be sent once the booking is confirmed. It needs to be completed and signed before checking-in. To confirm and maintain your reservation, our Rental Agreement must be completed within 24 hours of booking. Failure to complete the agreement within this timeframe may result in cancellation without refund if the cancellation window has passed.
Please note:
Our standard cancellation policy applies from the moment the reservation is confirmed, not from when the rental agreement is completed. By booking, you agree to complete all required documentation within the given timeframe and to be bound by the cancellation terms.
