Papakea C203 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom 2nd-floor condo with a window air conditioner that can accommodate up to 4 guests. Step inside the bedroom, where you will find a comfortable California king-size bed and a TV. The well-appointed kitchen is the perfect place to cook your meals. The main living area offers a flat-screen TV, comfortable furniture including a couch that converts to a queen-size bed, and an indoor dining table, or enjoy dining al fresco on the lanai. Garden and partial ocean views can be enjoyed from your lanai and stunning Maui sunsets. The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower with a half tub, and ample counter space. The window air conditioner is located in the living room to help keep the main area cool with ceiling fans in each room. Pack light and take advantage of the unit's washer and dryer for added convenience.

Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

• Papakea Resort is completing property improvement projects. Guests may experience occasional construction noise during daytime working hours. Dates and work areas are subject to change.
••The walkway coating project is scheduled for August–November 2026. Work on the C Bldg is slated for 8/21-9/11/26. Please note that access to the ground floor walkways and front entries will be restricted during the work schedule. During the walkway coating and drying time, AOAO staff will be stationed on the lanai side of the building to assist with screened access to occupied condos. For the complete scope of this project, please contact our office. Work hours are 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri.
• Seawall repair work is expected to begin July 2026, pending permit approval.
