The entire complex was amazing with gorgeous manicured and mature landscape grounds, swimming pool and multiple jacuzzi spas. The exercise and weight room was exceptionally well equipped. The condo itself was spacious and well maintained. We had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice stay! Enjoyed the pool and proximity to so many nice places. No air conditioning was a drawback but since the weather wasn’t too hot we were ok. Would not stay here if weather was any hotter.

First experience at Oceanside

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Renting thru MakeMyVacation was easy peasy. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed for the beach. We happened to book during the hottest week on record for October. The condo had ceiling fans but a couple of floor fans would have been nice to circulate more air while we tried to sleep. Overall we had a great time.

Thank you for your kind review! We’re glad booking with MakeMyVacation was easy and that the clean condo and beach essentials helped you enjoy your getaway. We’re sorry the heat made sleeping uncomfortable, and we appreciate your suggestion for additional floor fans. We’d love to welcome you back for another great stay! Kind Regards, MakeMyVacation

Condo was comfortable. However, it had several items that needed attention to work properly. My biggest disappointment was the picture posted on vrbo. It does not show just how close the balcony is to the pool area which can be noisy until after midnight.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you found the condo comfortable, but we’re sorry several items needed attention during your stay. We have shared those concerns with our maintenance team for inspection. We also understand your disappointment regarding the balcony’s proximity to the pool and will review the listing photos to ensure the location is represented as clearly as possible. We apologize that late-night pool noise disturbed your stay, as guests are expected to follow the complex’s posted quiet hours. Kindly, MakeMyVacation Team

Thank you for the wonderful use of your well equipped, clean, inviting Condo at North Coast Village. The location were perfect for us looking out at the scenery the water and the pool and only one flight up. It was perfect for two seniors grandparents we were able to walk to the harbor and to the pier with our visiting grandchildren who lived nearby. My only suggestion is maybe a new comforter for the king size bed. However, the bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets were fine . I would definitely consider renting the same unit F108 at Thanksgiving time and next February. These are the vacation times we came out to visit my son‘s family.

It was a great place to stay with my sister when I was back home for a family event. Kitchen had what we needed - nice fridge, two types of coffee makers, toaster. The bed was super comfortable (I would love to know what brand of mattress it is). The overhead fans and one large portable fan helped circulate the fresh air. I would totally stay in this unit again!

Excellent family vacation experience

The condo and facility was perfect for our family vacation, it was even better than expected. Plenty of room for a family of 4, lots of room for both sleeping and down time between excursions. The place was set up with all the necessities and very clean. The condo complex was also very organized for check in and has multiple entertainment options.

There were only 3 things that I need to report that were a problem-a missing balister on the balcony that left a space big enough for my visiting 3 year old grandson to fit thru.(I didn't let him, of course), the need for a grab rail on the wall in the bathtub and the coffee mugs had chips on them. Otherwise our stay and accomondations were wonderful. I would definitely recommend to my friends!

Beautiful condo complex located directly on the beach. Great property amenities for all ages with a well equipped fitness rooms. Property was under quite a bit of redevelopment projects during our stay but minimal disruption. The unit we stayed in was well equipped with all supplies needed.
