We had a great time! The house had everything we needed from kitchenware to beach gear. The house was very clean and in a great location to the ferry! Can’t wait to come again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we've stayed at this property before (2022). Some items to note:-between the car and the half a dozen e-bikes being stored in the garage, there's no room to move around-the culligan water filter doesn't work and the water pitcher in the fridge is in desperate need of a filter change -the microwave is broken-the ice maker is broken

We had the absolute best time staying at this property and are already planning to book it again later this year. To me, the property looks even better in person somehow! The location couldn't be better.

Fantastic Stay in Balboa Island

My family and I traveled to Newport Beach and loved the location of this home. Easy walking distance to the ferry, and all of the islands offerings. Also, it was next to a great Mexican Restaurant, Todos Santos. Highly recommend these accommodations and will definitely attempt to stay there again in the future.

Relaxing beach vacation

We stayed for a wonderful 4 nights and had a lovely time. Location is wonderful and we found a quiet little beach and swim spot for my 4 year old to enjoy without the worry of a long walk or waves. The house was beautiful and comfortable. Can’t wait to go back!

Family July 4th get together

We really enjoyed our stay on Balboa! The house was in a great location; easy to get to town and ferry. The home was very nice with a lovely roof top area for dining and best of all July 4th fireworks!

Terrific house!

House was beautiful and my kids loved the giant bunk beds. Before arriving, I didn’t appreciate how great it would be to stay one block from the ferry - it was super easy and fun. We had a blast!

great localized location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay..only negatives was no ocean view (which we knew going in) and not fond of internet tv only, wish there was a cable channel available

Balboa Island Vacation

We went to Balboa Island for a family reunion. The house was in the perfect location and great proximity to all our events including beach, walks, rides on the ferry, and restaurants. The home was gorgeous; it was clean and felt like an extension of our own residences. We would definitely rent the home in the future!
