An amazing kitchen includes Thermador appliances throughout. There are two additional mini refrigerators located inside below the bi-fold window in the kitchen and another small refrigerator and ice maker outside in the BBQ kitchen area.
The media room has a large Smart TV and fabulous SONOS surround sound including many board games which the family can enjoy. In addition, we have numerous floats for the pool , pickleball paddles and balls and outdoor games like corn hole and jenga to choose from.

The two Master Suites feature King beds with remotes and a stand alone soaking tub. All 4 bedrooms include private full bathrooms and TV's. This home is a MUST in the popular Griffin Ranch community which is directly across the street from the world renowned PGA West Golf Resort.

The 24 hour guard gated community provides additional security for guests. Guests are required to provide drivers license and contact information prior to checking in. Please give names of all guests 18 and older prior to checking in.

During the Winter pool temperatures can range between 50-70 degrees. If you would like the pool heated to 82-84 degrees, we do charge a fee of $100.00 per day. Please let the property manager David Lewis ( 760-578-8313) know at least in advance if you would like the pool heated and we can add this to your reservation. The hot tub is automatically included in all reservations for free.
