Centrally located in the heart of Sandbridge sits the gated condo community of Sandbridge Dunes. This beautifully decorated condo enjoys an enviable oceanfront position, a private balcony, and incredible views and sounds of the beach and the ocean waves.

Inside, you'll be treated to an open floor plan with tasteful furnishings, tiled bathrooms, and a custom kitchen with granite countertops. There are ceiling fans to circulate the cool ocean air, blackout curtains for your sleeping pleasure, and a jetted bathtub to soothe you after a day spent on the beach. Multiple flatscreen TVs, free WiFi, and a garage storage shed for your beach gear are provided as well. Unwind and enjoy the calming sounds of the beach waves right from the bedroom, porch, or living room.

On the grounds of the complex, you'll have access to a large courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool and a covered cabana, a grilling station with picnic tables, a community kitchen, a fitness room with Cybex training equipment, and two elevators.

THINGS TO KNOW
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
