With private backyard access to the side street and then to the beach walkway, you will reach the sand in 2 minutes and enjoy nearby parks, restaurants, and the Virginia Beach Boardwalk.

• Living room: Queen-size sleeping sofa

Bathroom Layout:

• Private full bathroom attached to the first-floor queen bedroom
• Full bathroom on the third floor (with separate shower and bathtub) serving both upstairs bedrooms
• Half bathroom on the main living level

PLEASE NOTE:
✓ Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. Identification is required.
✓ The person responsible for payment must be one of the staying guests.
✓ This is a family-oriented property located in a quiet residential oceanside neighborhood. No loud parties, events, or student group rentals are permitted.
✓ Summer rentals are weekly (Saturday to Saturday) or require a minimum stay of 6 nights.
✓ Linens and towels are optional and available for an additional fee of $135 per stay for the entire party.
