Welcome to your Spacious Vacation Home. This renovated home is conveniently located to all major parks, attractions, & destinations in the Kissimmee/Orlando area. Just a short 18 to 20 minutes from the airport (MCO) minutes to supermarkets (Publix, Walmart) and shopping centers (The Loop and Loop West). Many major theme parks are only 15 to 25 minutes away (Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, ICON & more). Corner lot house with ample parking, yard space, and a dozen amenities, you'll be right at home!

Event Rules:
Hosting Events: All events must be communicated and approved by the host BEFORE the start of the event.

Guests: All guests must be registered on the reservation, including kids & infants. Any additional guests above the registered count will count at $25/per person per night.

Day Events: are limited to 4 to 10 pm & to family gatherings, birthdays, reunions, weddings, and related events with up to 30 people max. The event fee of $150 must be paid beforehand.

Noise Level: must be maintained so as not to disturb the neighborhood or neighbors, and/or the city may call the authorities, and you may receive fines. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am.

Smoking: There is no smoking on the property inside or outside. If you must smoke, please smoke on the driveway at least 30 feet away from the property. There is up to a $500 fee for violating smoking rules.

Cancellation: The host reserves the right to cancel any reservation found violating event rules. Warning neighbors have advised they will contact local authorities for any events breaking local noise and occupancy ordinances & you may be fined and/or removed from the property if found breaking local laws.

Damages: Please report all damages and incidentals so we can properly address, fix, and/or replace them promptly. We reserve the right to process any damages or excess cleaning costs to VRBO support.

Additional Fees:
Extra Guests: Past 8, each guest is $25/per night - Must reflect on reservation
Pets: Up to 4 allowed - $25/per night per pet - Must reflect on reservation
Day Event Fee: Host from 4pm to 10pm up to 30 people - $150 Fee Applies
Early Check-in: Starting at 2 pm is available by request - $100 Fee Applies
Early Check-in: Starting 3 pm is available by request - Complimentary
Late Check-out: Up to 1 pm is available by request - $100 Fee Applies
Late Check-out: Up to 12 pm is available by request - Complimentary
Air Mattressed: 2 Queen Sets are available on-site - Complimentary
Fire Pit: Fire Wood (2 Bundles) can be supplied by request - $50 Fee Applies
Propane: A Full Tank for BBQ use can be supplied by request - $50 Fee Applies
BBQ: Please notify us so our cleaners can clean properly after - Complimentary.
Day Event (4 to 10 pm) Host up to 30 people - $150 Fee Applies
(All requests & services payments are due upon request; 24-hour notice is required)
