Amazing 5/6 Vacation home at Windsor Island Resort!!!

This professionally designed and decorated, 5/5.5 Vacation Home with 5 En-suites and a Pool Bath is located in Windsor Island Resort, is completely brand new Large master bedroom with a king bed and garden tub in the master bathroom. 2nd bedroom come with a queen bed, the 3th bedroom with a King bed and the 4th bedroom with a queen bed. Last but not least this bedroom come with a bunk bed and an exquisite decoration of Mickey.
Amazing loft area with a sofa, arcade game and a hockey table.
You will be able to enjoy Magic Kingdom fireworks from the pool!!!

It is located close to Disney parks, in a Resort Community with a tennis court, community pool and playground. Only minutes away from the attractions, shopping and restaurants!

Please note, that the AC temperature can not be set up lower than 74C.
The minimum age required is 18.
Office hours 7 days a week from 9am to 10pm.
Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability.
There is a fee of $50.00 per card pass, this payment has to be made at the Club House, the fee is mandatory upon check-in to the resort at the clubhouse.
BBQ and pool heat are additional fees. A services fee of $50 will be applied for the pool heating order placed less than 7 days before arrival.

Amazing!!

For starters, I must say the host has been wonderful to work with! Swift to reply and met every request! Booking was extremely fast and easy! We were able to sit back, relax and the walk to the resort was only 5 mins away!! This has definitely been an amazing experience and I look forward to booking again In the near future!!

Great stay in Florida

There were 7 adults and 2 teens, house was plenty big enough for all of us. House is just as it seems in the pictures. Everything was clean and tidy.

I Loved this property the only thing was that I paid for the pool to be heated but the spa never got hot just warm.

Summer Vacation

My daughter and I enjoyed our yearly summer vacation at this location. It is a gated community that provides added security comfort. This is a single family home with plenty of room and a short drive to the parks. Each bedroom had it's own full bath and it was very clean. The kitchen had all the items to cook and eat with if you don't want to go out to eat. I would definitely rent again.

Family Trip

House was beautiful and so was the pool. We had a great vacation. I wish we were able to talk to someone on the phone when we had a question and not an email but they were quick getting back with us. My only suggestion is to supply more towels. There were 10 of us and only 2 towels per bathroom and 1 washcloth and only 4 beach towels for the pool but other than that its a beautiful house.

Very disappointed

We paid for the pool heater and grill that was never done was the most disappointing. Contacted our host many times but never taken care of. The garbage from prev folks was never picked up. There was no hand soap, toilet paper, garbage bags or dish washer soap

Great house and location.

Overall, the house is very nice with a great location as the back neighbors are down in a valley so the view by the pool is great. We did have some issues when we arrived as we had no washcloths, no fire extinguisher, blood spots on one of the beds, and the pool heat that we paid for was not turned on. Through many e-mails with the management company (it seems one person doesn't answer the e-mails so I had to keep telling them the same thing over and over each time a new person would reply) we were able to get the issues resolved two days into our trip (except a fire extinguisher never showed up). A very polite and kind lady brought the wash clothes and sheets, and the pool heat was turned on. We loved the house and location, but the management company seemed to be overwhelmed which could have been because it was spring break.

Has potential to be great but it’s not there

This house has great potential as it as a great layout and good location. It’s awesome that you can see the fireworks from the pool, and there is space for everyone. But it definitely is lacking in some areas. They need to hire a new cleaning crew because the house was not clean at all. We were welcomed with dirty sheets and stains on the sheets. It’s obvious housekeeping does not change the sheets. It’s completely unsanitary. The showers looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months. The master bed downstairs is a pit. My partner and I got in and we both rolled to the middle as it sinks in the middle. This is also the first house I’ve ever seen that charges you extra to use a grill. I think this house could be great if they invested a little more but it is not somewhere I would stay again.

Beautiful new home and community

This is a newly built vacation community so it’s pristine, the home made a great first impression with the decor. Some things seemed high end and some things like bathroom fixtures were not well done, but everything was pretty. Never had we had a bathroom for each room before, it had pretty much everything we needed. Pool was smaller than pictures but great. Only problem was the hot tub, we had to run it for a long time just to get it heated high enough, so had to keep it going. I could never get through on the phone and only ever received emails that never really answered all my questions so that made me a little nervous, until a couple days before when we received all the information. The guys were not pumped that they only had Roku tv so they missed the NHL all-star game. It definitely seems like they are still establishing their staff; there was not a friendliness to anything, and unfortunately several of the events they had at the resort didn’t end up happening because of being “short staffed”. However the pool with water slides and splash pad, FREE arcade, mini golf, and sports courts were all amazing and pristine. Lots of carded gates to go through though! Overal we had a great time here with two families of 5!

Great View of Disney Fireworks!

We loved our stay Windsor Island Resort, the amenities it offers are fantastic. Watching the fireworks from our private pool were amazing and definitely added magic to our vacation. Having private ensuites for all the bedrooms was a great feature. However communication with the property manager from start to finish was a nightmare. Our names were not registered at the main gate upon arrival (took over an hour) to get our names put on just to enter the community. Our friends who arrived later in the week had the same issue, even though we gave all our names2 weeks before arriving. 2 members of our party stepped on glass in the house. Cleanliness was not a priority to the manager. We paid extra for the bbq use and had no propane, and had to fill the tank ourselves, we were told we would get a refund and have not. On the 3rd day of our stay we were without water for 9 hrs after several attempts to reach management, even offering a plumber to come into our house we had very little to no communication with the manager, telling us someone would be there and they never showed until after 9pm.When we tried to reach out to management they would not answer the phone or return voicemails. Only communicating through the vrbo app which was frustrating as it would take hours to get a response. Overall we had a great family time as we made the best of it, but they need to seriously consider changing management and cleaning companies.

Very Disappointed

VERY DISAPPOINTED, rented house based on descriptions of viewing Disney fireworks from poolside. notified host about the ice cold hot tub and pool from day one, After countless emails and hours wasted ,we were finally notified by our host that the heater doesn’t work, after 3days of waiting for it to be turned on. host only offered refund cost of heating the hot tub. Didn’t really get to use pool or hot tub throughout our stay which clearly ruined lots of our plans and disappointed our kids. Five bathrooms in this house and they do not leave you one bottle of shampoo or conditioner. The check out instructions clearly say to start a load of towels, but they do not provide any laundry detergent to wash the towels, so we’re forced to use dirty towels throughout our stay after running out of clean towels. even the cheapest motel would offer you those basic amenities. checking in to gated community took over 30 minutes every night and access to community pool area was denied because the host forgot to add our names on the guest list. The amount of time emailing the host back-and-forth trying to get things cleared up was very frustrating and caused us to miss several reservations throughout the week. we needed a vacation from this vacation due to all the headaches caused from this rental property. extremely disappointed with the customer service and communication from our host. I will never rent from host company again.

Our new spot!!

We loved our stay here! Immediately upon entry the kids wanted to get into the pool. I liked that the master was separated from the other rooms in the house. The distance to Legoland and Universal was about 30min for us and the traffic was not bad getting in and out of the community. There was also the convenience of having grocery stores and restaurants in close proximity. The only reason that we didn’t give it all 5 stars across the board is b/c we had about an hour wait at check-in due to our names not being listed on the reservation and there was no apology. The security guard was the best at checking on us as we waited and was so patient the entire time we waited to try and get in contact with someone. Once Customer Service received my messages and calls, the names were finally added to the list and they were very attentive thereafter. We even extended our rental an extra day because we loved the property! I would definitely recommend this rental, just ensure all adult names are added to the list at booking so that check-in is seamless.

Schönes Haus für einen Besuch in Orlando

Das Haus ist perfekt um mit Freunden oder der Familie Orlando zu besuchen. Es ist alles vorhanden was gebraucht wird. Aber Filtertüten, Salz und Zucker muss man selbst mitbringen. Es war sauber und die Betten waren bequem. Der Pool war sehr schön. Die Wohnanlage ist bewacht. Leider waren unsere Namen nicht hinterlegt, so dass man uns anfangs den Zutritt zum Gelände verwehrte. Nach einer halben Stunde konnten wir das Problem lösen.

Place was very clean and plenty of room for everybody; even when individulas wanted personal space. Outdoor space was very relaxing and tranquil. Responsiveness with property manager was outstanding! Highly recommend ...

Stress Free Stay

The property is beautiful, as well as the location. The decor and overall care of the property is above average. What you see in pictures is accurate. The home is very spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped. The clubhouse is outstanding. We did not get to enjoy it since we were mainly at the Disney Parks, however if we had more time, being at the clubhouse enjoying the pool area would have been a vacation day in itself. Shopping & restaurants & major highway is a short distance away. The main attractions are approximately 30 minutes or less. You will not be disappointed with booking this lovely home.

Beautiful House!!

The house was beautiful and had everything you would need for a great vacation. The location was perfect. We had an awesome time. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job but we would definitely come back.

Beautiful clean home

This home was just as nice in person as it was in the photos. Very clean and in a nice gated neighborhood. A bit of a further drive to Disney than we anticipated with traffic each day but worth the drive. Owner was quick to respond to issues.

Everything about this property is exactly how it is displayed online. Everything is so new and fresh with plenty of kitchen accessories towels linens etc.. resort area is incredible with its lazy river ❤️And huge pool area and water slides Definitely returning next year

Great Disney stay !!!

The house was amazing 🤩 !!! The kids loves having the upstairs space and each their own bathroom !! Communication was easy when we ran into a minor issue with the garbage. The pool was the highlight after a long hot day out at the parks!!! Would certainly go back !!!!
