Overlooking the Winnipeg Jets rink, you can see an incredible sky line that warms the condo with morning sunshine and comfortable chairs to enjoy a coffee to prepare for the day. The beds are comfortable and spacious to stretch out in, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook, clean and eat. Access to the unit is either through the front door watched by security, or on the 2nd floor entry from the parking lot. Always had space to park and prices for the day were reasonable for the location. Directly downtown, everything was within a 15-20 minute walk. Stores, restaurants, and tourist areas are easily accessible, and driving out to a main artery of the city is easy. Never endured long traffic delays, and the building was quiet after a long day of exploration. Will definitely return to this property!

Great communication. Received the information needed to access the unit and had no issues to mention. Once in the unit, there was a binder with all the other tidbits of info needed. My son and I had a great time there and at the Jets game.

The beds and bedding were dreamy, upstairs common area had an amazing view, wish we could have enjoyed that more. Shower was a bit tricky, I think it's broken and therefore remains low as you can't raise it and have it stay, works well otherwise, you just need to take it off the hook. A toaster would be a good addition as well. All in all nice property and a great location for our purpose which was simply exploring downtown Winnipeg!

The beads heats is not clean.. it smells bad didn’t wash it. The gas range knob is broken.

Very poor internet

As a fellow host we were a little disappointed with our stay at such a beautiful property. Needless to say this condo has a beautiful view and great amenities however things felt a little unprepared for our stay. Cleaning crew could’ve don’t better at cleaning and prepping for our stay,lots of hair especially in the bathroom floor. Basic necessities such as toilet paper and soap are not mandatory but really appreciated for stays. The worst thing was the Internet service, we reset the modem and still couldn't get signal. I hope the host invest in good Internet service.

Overall Good Experience

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was a very convenient location, right downtown and close to where our conference was being held! The building was also easy to access and the check-in instructions were clear. We had asked if it would be possible to check-in earlier but unfortunately we were not able to due to a cleaning crew being there. The host said they would contact us once the crew had left but never did. We ended up arriving at the apartment before the check-in time and the apartment was empty (so they just did not bother to message). This is fine, as the stated check-in time is 4pm, however, the apartment was not the cleanest when we arrived. The floors had definitely not been vacuumed/swept and there was a lot of dirt and dust on surfaces and on the floor (especially in the bedrooms). We expected it to be a lot cleaner, given that a crew was supposedly there right before we arrived.

The lack of communication made getting to the property very hard. I was sent no communication until I reached out to property manager when I arrived. Until then I was detained by security. The only information I got on the property was the keypad code to get in, nothing else. Then once checked in the property manager called about noise complaints while I was not at the property. I tried explaining it wasn't me but I got evicted anyway. Would not recommend this property to anyone as you will probably end up at a hotel across the road like I did.

Great location for a quick trip

Overall, the apartment was good. It was centrally located to many of the museums Winnipeg has to offer and a short drive to Assiniboine Zoo/Park as well as the airport. It is also directly across the street and in fact overlooks the Canada Life Arena. Parking was easy and conveniently attached to the complex. The property manager was very quick to respond to questions when messaged. The soundproofing of the unit was fantastic with one person in my traveling party being a very loud snorer we couldn’t here him in the other room or bathroom. The main complaint my traveling party had was the posting for the unit listed 2 bedrooms and a pull out sofa in order to sleep six and given the configuration of our traveling party we wanted/needed three separate beds. Unfortunately, there was not a pull out sofa or if there was, under the sofa cushions it was incredibly dirty (read used toothpicks, bottle caps and crumbs) that no one felt comfortable exploring this option further especially when we were not able to locate additional bed linens. Adding to our questioning of if the unit actually slept six, was there were only 4 bath towels, which would mean 2 people would need to share towels. It could work to sleep 6 with 3 people sleeping in the king bed, 2 in the queen and 1 person using a sleeping bag on the sofa as long as you brought extra towels. Additional FYIs to potential renters: there are not room darkening shades so if light bothers you the one bedroom could pose a problem. There are minor maintenance issues that the building owner, not the property owner, should take care, like non functioning electrical wall switches and a screw is being used for the shower regulator, but it didn’t change our opinion one way or another of our stay since we understand complex owners are not quick in making fixes.

Downtown Winnipeg

Location and property were both great. Check in process for multiple individuals is a huge pain in the butt, you require an app to gain access to this property, suggestion is to include download information prior to gaining official access and information, if using the app ensure that all participants information is entered for quicker and easier access. We paid for our kids to stay there due to coming for a family memorial service, they were all flying in and cell phones close to dead so note this is your only entry option. Fob also didn’t work for the rooftop on day 2. I will say the property manager was quick to respond but I think the initial communication and expectations should have been clearer.
