Accessibility - 6 floors above street level. Elevator (10 steps to elevator)

Apartment description - 2 bedroom newly remodeled apartment with 1 bathroom. One full bathroom, with shower, toilet, sink. Complete kitchen including oven, microwave oven and full-size refrigerator. Master bedroom with 140 x 200 cm bed. 2nd bedroom has one single bed (90 x 190cm). Dining area facing South. Futon in dining area with slide-under extra-bed (2x 180x80cm)

Equipment - SAFE in the master bedroom.
Private LAUNDRY ROOM inside the apartment with a washing machine and a dryer.
A/C and heating.
We supply LINENS and TOWELS, and a starter supply of soap and SHAMPOO and other essentials.

For maximum comfort this apartment is centrally air-conditioned and has central gas heating as well.

Location - The apartment is in the historical part of the Eixample area, at short distance and midway from the Sagrada Familia temple and Passeig de Gracia shopping.

Transportation - Near Verdaguer metro station (on yellow and blue lines) and several bus lines. Very easy to get to by taxi. A taxi lane runs in front of the apartment.

Noise levels - The apartment faces away from the street, into an ample interior courtyard.

Occupancy - The apartment is ideally suited for 3 people. It can sleep up to 5.

Check-in and check-out - The apartment will be ready for you at 16:00 for occupancy. Check-out time is 11:00am.
Reserved early check-in or late check-out for half the nightly rate, subject to availability.
There is no extra fee for nighttime check-in.
FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE SERVICE in our office when you arrive before check in or depart after check out time. We have our office in the building next door.

The host she was absolutely amazing and kind, responsive helpful you name it she wins an award.There was nothing wrong with the amenities and it was as I expected a little better. The location was good as well.

Great location

I stayed before and the apartment has now considerably improved by being refurbished. It is now bright and airy with a good bathroom and eating area added

Really helpful hosts and great location

Property was a really great location and the hosts were incredibly helpful! The apartment was a little older in some parts than the pictures but did the job and was clean :)

Great, Central Location

We spent 3 lovely days in the center of it all at this place! We were a family of 1 teen, and 2 adults and everyone enjoyed their stay in this apartment. I do agree with other reviews that some of the photos are out dated and that the apt is a little more worn in person, particularly the couch and living room, but overall this place suited my family's needs well for our trip. There is an abundance of food, transportation and things to see and do just steps from the door and I felt that the communications from the host were prompt and very helpful.

The location is very convenient. walking distance to almost everywhere. The staff were fantastic. The unit was clean and tidy. They did let us early check in and late check out with no charge. We enjoyed staying here and we loved Barcelona. The building is abit old but all buildings in that area are the same I think.

Wonderful stay! Apartment is great. Location is easy to find and there are wonderful places to eat nearby. Brunch at Billy Brunch is great and ice cream at Dela Crem are must-do's! And a million tapas restaurants to choose from! The washer/dryer combo takes some time to figure out. Found a manual on Google which helped. Basically, the loads have to be quite small and the drying takes a while. Once you figure it out though it's fine. Everything was wonderful. Thank you for great communication and a super pleasant stay!

Barcelona stay June 26-29

Location of the apartment was great with easy access to sites and very walkable. Apartment was very clean and well maintained. It was great for what our purpose was. Kitchen stove is gas and requires a match to light. There is a laundry machine which we used and was great for our needs. Fridge with freezer was a bonus. A/C wasn’t amazing but it did the job. Make sure you keep the solarium shades closed otherwise the apartment will be boiling hot all the time! Thank you to the hosts for making our stay enjoyable!

Wonderful location

Great location ,easy check in instructions. The place would benefit from some better towels( they were more like floor mats) ,better blankets and better wifi( you had to find the right spot in the apartment to connect) . Love the roof top deck ,360 view of Barcelona . Lauren was also very accommodating to us .

Good location to move about the city.

While the unit has a washer dryer combo, the dryer cycle is hot. I preferred using drying our clothes on chairs and hangers. There were no instructions to use the washer dryer. You need to have a translations app to figure it out.... Thktranslates a

Great Location Apartment

It was a good stay..Lillian gave very good instructions on how to store our luggage which was a big deal for us. Location was the best. How do I look at all the apartments that is in the office building on Sant Joan? I understand those apartments are the best? I would actually stay with you on my next trip to Barcelona. Thank You

Comfortable tourist apartment

Very comfortable apartment, although tired & needing an upgrade, it was is mostly as represented. The bedrooms were clean & comfortable, perfect for a family with 2 kids. Although the kitchen was dark & gloomy, it was generally clean & well-stocked. The roof-top terrace was a disappointment - grimy and not a very pleasant place to hang out. The internet didn't work for our entire 4 day stay, and the manager was unable to correct it. The air con functioned fine. Certainly a good location for a brief stay in Barcelona as it is an easy walk to most sights, however, if staying longer in the city then I would look for a quieter location. Somewhat overpriced.

We stayed at this location for over three weeks for work, and the place is in an excellent location—within walking distance to everything. There are three metro lines just a 5-7 minute walk away. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay, but… if you're a light sleeper, you might want to consider staying somewhere else. I found it interesting that the advertisement describes it as a "quiet place," because it is far from quiet. From the main bedroom, you can hear everything happening in the apartment next door. Almost every other day, there were parties or loud conversations until 11:00 pm or later. One night, around 3:00 am, we heard screaming— a female voice shouting and a man yelling at her. It was scary, to say the least. When we expressed our concern, they said there was nothing they could do because the apartment was under a one-year lease. As a result, we had to sleep in the living room area just to get some rest. Other than this issue, the place is great. Maybe you'll be lucky and the noisy neighbors will be gone by the time you stay there.

Bright, super-clean and comfortable

The historic apartment building enjoys a fabulous location within easy walking distance to many attractions, close to all public transport and the Hop On, Hop Off bus. Lots of supermarkets, shops, bars, coffee shops, restaurants, a covered food market are in the immediate or close vicinity. Fabulous architecture all around. Check-in was easy but some initial confusion was caused due to the absence of door keys (wrong information received from hosts). The apartment was exceptionally clean, is bright and airy, quickly heated. Mattress of double bed nice and firm, that of the single bed incredibly soft. Pillows were great; towels were good. Kitchen and shower room were adequate for the two of us. There’s a large roof terrace with tables and chairs.Photos in the listing should be updated; there were no carpets or rugs, no bed scarves. We couldn’t see the advertised DVD player nor DVDs. Not that it mattered to us but it’s inaccurate. The apartment was comfortable but tired looking (marked walls etc). It looks much fresher in the photos. This would not stop us from staying here again though. However: Having enjoyed the brilliantly quiet aspect of the apartment all week, our last night turned into a nightmare when the private occupiers of the adjacent flat partied from 2.30h at night to 6.00h in the morning. Party walls must be thin as cardboard. Not our apartment’s manager’s fault, but to bear in mind. Had this been going on all week, we would’ve had to move out.
