**House Guidelines:**
1. Quiet hours after 10 pm.
2. Maximum occupancy is 14, including children.
3. Pool heat (optional) - $30 per day for the entire stay. Example for a 4-night stay: $30 x 4 nights = $120.
4. Checkout: 10 am.
5. Check-in time is 4 pm or later.
6. Due to severe allergies to pet dander, we do not allow pets, including service animals. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
7. Please note - If there are no guests checking out on the same day, we may occasionally allow early check-in at a charge of $50/hour for every hour prior to regular check-in time.
8. Please be aware that there is a spare propane tank in the outside chest for guest use in case the tank attached to the grill runs out. Both tanks are checked and counted by our crew after each stay. In the event that a tank goes missing, there will be a charge of $250 to the guest. We appreciate your cooperation.
9. As hosts committed to providing a cutting-edge experience, we prioritize your security and convenience. To ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, we kindly request the completion of a signed rental agreement and the submission of a government-issued ID from the responsible party initiating the booking. Additionally, a modest security deposit, equivalent to a $500 hold on any major credit card, will be secured.
