Isle of a Time is decorated with a coastal farmhouse theme and gets an abundance of natural light! The living room offers plenty of seating with a sectional sofa and chair. The large flat screen Smart TV offers cable and streaming services. The kitchen has brand stainless appliances and a drip coffee maker and a washer/dryer. The kitchen has been updated with solid surface countertops and freshly painted cabinets. The dining room table seats 6-7 and the kitchen counter seats an additional two on stools.



The primary bedroom has a King-sized bed, a small flat screen Smart TV with cable and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The primary bathroom is also accessible from the living room. Bedroom 2 has a King-sized bed and a small flat screen Smart TV. Bedroom 3 has a Queen-sized bed and a daybed. These two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom. The 4th bedroom, a converted loft with a lockable door, is located upstairs and has a daybed with a trundle bed and plenty of office space if you need to do any work while out-of-town.



Outside the property you will find your own private dock. Feel free to bring your own boat and dock it right outside! This dock can likely accommodate up to a 32-foot boat. Please be aware that at low tide the canal gets very low. Relax outside on the deck with a beautiful view overlooking the canals. Stairs are located from the outside deck leading to the backyard.



Walk or bike to Ocean Isle Beach’s town center located right down the street, where you can enjoy the pier, local coffee shops, food and ice cream. Play at the park and splash pad, catch some live music and play mini golf. The beautiful white sandy beaches of Ocean Isle Beach are only a 5–10-minute walk away! Cable TV, free Wi-Fi, board games, beach chairs, beach toys, corn hole, and fishing poles are included in your vacation package.

We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible. After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible.



DOCK

The dock/boat slip and canal are meant to be enjoyed responsibly. Please note there are inherent dangers associated with water including drowning. Please be safe and wear a personal flotation device around the water and monitor children and those are not strong swimmers.
