Welcome to The Nest! At this beautiful carriage home, you’re situated in the heart of Park District - one of WaterColor’s luxury locations. This prime vacation rental is just a short stroll or bike ride away from the Beach, Town Center, and the surrounding communities of Seaside and Grayton Beach.

Our charming property comfortably sleeps 2 people! Featuring a king-sized bed, walk-in shower, kitchenette, and mini-fridge, The Nest has all the convenience you need for the perfect couple’s getaway!

When you’re not on the beach soaking up the Florida rays, there is tons of entertainment, shopping, and incredible dining options nearby! After spending the day browsing local shops and exploring beautiful Cerulean park, you can enjoy spectacular Gulf views and dinner at the award-winning restaurant, FOOW (Fish Out Of Water). You can rent a kayak or stand-up paddleboard at the Boathouse and spend your days paddling the lake, or hike/bike your way through Grayton Beach State Park and Point Washington State Forest.

***Cancelation Policy***
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Beach Life Vacation Company” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Beach Life Vacation Company reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel including COVID-19.

Perfect location
This cute place in Watercolor is the perfect location to walk to Seaside and visit the shops and restaurants. I would stay here again!!

Great trip!
WaterColor is a lovely area, and the access to neighborhood amenities was a nice surprise. Management company was very responsive to any questions. We'd love to come back!

great location
very small, but it worked. The parking is a little tricky as it is difficult to get your car in without hitting the post. bed was super comfortable and there were plenty of white fluffy towels. SUPER close to walk to the beach!

Short Stay
My wife and I came here for a short “getaway”. The checkin process and assistance from the property manager was seamless and she was very helpful. The listing advertised two parking places of which one was occupied by the owner’s car. The remaining space required a “shoe horn” to get our not so large Lexus into. The room itself was cozy and clean but not adequately appointed. There was a dorm room sized ironing board, very little space for clothing, no broom or vacuum, and no instructions to the convection oven. This was a nice space but not really suited to our needs.

Perfect Cottage
The Nest was absolutely perfect for me and my 16 year old. We stayed from Sunday-Friday and was so comfortable in our cottage. The place was so clean and stocked with what we needed. The living room, bedroom, and bathroom were surprisingly spacious and there was plenty of storage. The home doesn’t have a stove so I brought my Instant Pot in case I wanted to cook…I didn’t, by the way. There is only one television so my daughter and I watched it together. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk from Watercolor Resort. The Watercolor bike barn was one block over which was so convenient when checking bikes in and out. It can accommodate three to four people easily, if two of you are willing to share a bed or the pull out couch, and if you’re coming and going a lot. It may be a bit tight if you are home together a lot. I would totally recommend this cottage. It was a perfect find.
