New to the Market! Perfect getaway beach condo just steps from the beach! This quiet 1st floor 1 bedroom/1 bath condo is only one of 12 fabulous units and is just 10 steps from the gorgeous pool.

This cute unit is tastefully furnished and includes all amenities you may need, including dishes, pots, pans, cutlery - everything you would need for a fun vacation! Also includes a washer/dryer and the privacy to work "from home" if you are lucky enough to work remotely! It can be your home away from home.

This condo sleeps 4 with the king size bed and the queen sofa sleeper. The unit is equipped with WiFi, TVs with cable, linens, and bath towels.

Not only does South Padre Island have amazing beaches, but it is also known for its entertainment for family and adults. You are just a short walk to the Wanna Wanna Beach Bar - and a couple of blocks from Clayton's Beach Bar! Enjoy live music, great margaritas and the great beach on the Gulf of Mexico.

Perfect place

This location was the perfect place for my family of 4. Short walk across the street to the beach. Clean, quiet, and cozy! Sparkling clean pool right outside the front door. So much to rave about this place.

Amazing stay

A great price point for the ease of getting to the beach! Right in front of heated pool which our kiddo loved and the condo was clean and organized, making traveling with our little, very enjoyable. The host replied kindly and timely to any questions we had. We’ll be back for sure!

Great place to stay

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. It was waking distance to the beach access, close to the convenience store, & the condo was right next to the pool in the first floor. Everything was great, will definitely stay again.

The location of the condo was perfect walking distance to local restaurants and bars via the street or beach. The condo was very clean and close to the beach. The pool was literally out side the door. We felt very safe with the location. The parking spot designated for the condo was was on site as well as the garbage disposal. The host was always available to answer any questions I had. I would definitely return to this location and this condo.

Relaxing and close to beach

This was a great place for me and my wife. Close to the beach with easy access. Perfect size for a couple and the condo is nice and clean.

This was the perfect place for our beach vacation. Beach access is a two minute walk. Pool right out our condo door. Place was clean and pleasantly quiet. Would stay here again.

Best Vacation spot

Perfect location the walk to the beach was short, the pool was right in front which it was perfect with 2 young children. Everyone was so pleasant and nice!! Thank you we will be back for sure

The condo is beautiful....but there was no hot water for showers. Owner said he tried to get a plumber.....we still ended up having to take a shower with cold water.

Felt at home!

We were so pleased with how clean and spacious the rental was. It was so easy to get to, the beach was only a 2 minute walk away and it had a great pool right outside the front door. There was plenty of space for our baby and to still be able to relax out in the living room. We loved our stay and would come again!

Super cute condo!!

This was a great property. Quiet, clean and within walking distance of the beach. We loved everything about this place. It has a beautiful kitchen that we didn't take advantage of but will in the future. We enjoy being in a quiet area and this way further down on the North side away from crowds. We hope to stay again.

The property was very convenient, very clean, beautifully furnished and on the first floor. The hosts were very friendly and where even nice enough to get my my engagement ring after I left it behind. I would absolutely recommend this stay. Thank you guys!

Happy with our stay

Nice, clean property. Lots of nice touches like extra towels and kitchen amenities. Shared courtyard/pool cleaned daily. Bed was cozy. Neighbors woke us at 3 am, but were polite and quiet after I kindly asked them to quiet down. Very close to ocean access, but no ocean view.
