Overall, accurate description of the property according to the listing. Upon initially entering the condo, it appeared much smaller/crammed than the pictures show within the kitchen and living areas. The balcony can really only seat 2 people at a time as it’s extremely narrow. The bedrooms and bathrooms were the perfect size for our party of 6. The only complaint for the unit itself would be cleanliness. Surface level was okay, but my children dropped a toy under the sofa and it was absolutely disgusting. There was only 1 working elevator the entirety of our stay. Being on the 11th floor, with a wagon required to lug all of our stuff, that is extremely inconvenient.

We were very pleased with our stay. The process was extremely easy and Faith was very responsive to any questions. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Amazing views and very quiet. We loved being there. The only downside for us was the pool was either not open, not usable or closed early. The condo itself was great. Amazing views to wake up to. Thank you!

We had a great time! Would have been perfect if we had 2 parking spots available.

Overall great stay! Would have been better with a 2nd parking spot available onsite. Great location, communication, and the host was very accommodating! We will stay here again in the future.

Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re really glad you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the beautiful location and responsive communication by our dedicated team. Just as a helpful note for next time, each unit in this building has one assigned parking spot. That said, there are some convenient options nearby, daytime metered parking next to our ramp and 24/7 overnight parking in the 9th Street parking ramp, which is just a couple of blocks away. We truly appreciate your understanding and we'd be so happy to welcome you again in the future for another relaxing stay by the beach!

Great location. Bedrooms looked out on to the beach so you could see and hear the surf. Balcony had not been cleaned (cigar butt and ashes) but otherwise very clean.
