Beach Access + Golf Cart + Beach Chair/Umbrella Service + Unique Kids Loft

Our cozy Sea Shack is located in the 100-acre gated community of Venture Out on the far east end of Panama City Beach nestled up to St. Andrews State Park. Hop on the included golf cart for a very quick ride over to the private community beach. If you prefer fishing or boating out of Lower Grand Lagoon, home to the famous Capt. Anderson's, we have that too! With both beach and bay access this is sure to become your family's favorite new vacation spot!

The Sea Shack includes FREE beach chair service that is complimentary for the duration of your stay! This includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up by a beach attendant. (Tips always appreciated of course!)

Other FREE community amenities include; 2 pools + separate kiddie pool on the beach side, newly built fishing pier on the lagoon, basketball court, playground, boat ramp, shuffle board, mini golf, tennis/pickleball courts, and charcoal grills. All of the equipment for these activities can be picked up at the 24-hour guard shack with the exception of tennis/pickleball racket rentals and tennis ball purchase to be made in the main office.

In our home you will enjoy the renovated kitchen, unique children's loft, and a spacious deck that faces towards the beach.

Our home also has a convenient side door that leads straight into the master bathroom for easy clean up after a long beach day.

Within walking distance you can check out the local Patches Pub & Grill, then grab dessert at Sweet Cone Alabama Ice Cream (chocolate moose tracks is my personal favorite).

Just a very short drive away are more of our personal favorites; Schooners, Deck Hand Social, J. Michaels, Triple J’s Steakhouse, Christo’s, Dat Cajun Place, Andy's Flour Power, Grand Marlin, and Capt. Anderson's of course!

Take a day trip to Shell Island from St. Andrew's State Park or with our favorite boat rental Lagoon Pontoons. Young kids really enjoy the Sea Dragon Pirate Cruise while everyone can enjoy dolphin watching on-board the Sea Screamer!

Family trip for July 4th week

Classy Beach Cottage

We had a wonderful 4-night stay in this beautiful beach cottage. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The decor is welcoming and classy. The golf cart was super nice and so convenient to have. We hope to return!

PCB Vacation 2025

Property was amazing. Super close to the beach and the pool which was great for young children. This unit has both a golf cart and beach chair access which makes everything so much easier and more enjoyable. Unit was clean, spacious enough for all of us to be extremely comfortable. Will surely be returning!

Home away from home!

The Sea Shack is wonderful! We have stayed here before and everything is perfect! The back patio is nice in the evenings to sit and enjoy the sunsets. Everything is easily accessible and Leah, the owner is a peach! Can’t wait to visit again soon!

Cutest Place

Super convenient little cottage on the beach. Everything was clean, lots of extras, the beach access was perfect and we had an amazing stay. Neighbors were nice and it was quiet at night. We will come back, for sure!

Perfect for families with littles!

This was perfect for my husband and I and our 2&4 year old! We loved riding the golf cart, and the state park beside it! The kids loved the litttle hideout above the day bed. Everything was clean and nicely decorated & the check in process was very easy! Loved it!

Enjoyed our stay

We made some great memories here as a family. Loved all the renovations and how modern it was. The kitchen has all you could need to make meals. The owners have really paid attention to the small details and have done a great job with this property. They were great with communicating and making sure we were happy with our stay. My kids loved the golf cart and all the amenities the property offered. Would stay again.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!

Leah’s communication was impeccable from the start. The house was absolutely adorable and my boys LOVED the captains quarters! The staff, neighbors, and facilities were very nice! Great location near food and some shops. Wntrance is block from the beach! Thank you Leah for giving me boys and I a home away from home!

Great stay close to everything

My family had a great time. A cozy house that is perfect for a family of 4 or so. My youngest (10 years old) loved the children’s loft. He was in there anytime we were in the house. There is so much to do in the community, let alone the beach. It is a 2 minute golf cart ride to the beach. If we come back to Panama City, we will definitely stay again.

Most fun best vaca

Stay of wonderful- not comfortable with doc asked to sign

The website does not inform you that a few days before your stay you will receive a list of doc from "Venture Out" to sign electronically. One of the doc mostly pertains to the home owner and not the tenant. Venture Out told the home owner I would not be allowed to get my parking passes if the documents were not signed. The owner was kinds and has a fabulous unit. I would recommend updating the website and the HOA aggreement that tenants are required to sign.

Love, love, loved it!

Everything was so clean and had everything you needed! The Sea Shack is decorated beautifully and made you feel like you were at home. My husband had never been to Venture Out and he also loved the golf cart. It made going to the beach so much easier!

Although we currently live in Alabama, Panama City Beach is a very special place to us. It is where my husband was raised and where we met and got married! There really was no other choice for us when picking our second home. Brent is a Paramedic/firefighter and I am a Physical Therapist Assistant. We have a son we homeschool that allows us the flexability to travel. There are many places we love to visit but none as special as PCB. We are blessed and honored to be able to share it with others.

We chose a home in Venture Out because of its abundance of amenities, easy beach access, fun family vibe, and no elevators or parking decks to deal with!

Our hidden children's loft makes our home unique. It gives kids a special place to hang out and call their own. It's stocked with beach and ocean themed books of all ages. We have also included games and puzzles to keep everyone entertained day or night.
