This 2-bedroom/ 2 full bath beach bungalow in Panama City is perfect for your escape. With 1 queen bed, 1 king bed, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, this superb property offers a relaxing and fun stay for guests. This property is located in a 100 acre gated community. The community is a golf cart community. The unit comes with a golf cart for your convenience. The community is well established with private beach access across the street. Take the golf cart for a short drive across the quiet street for beach access. You will have access to 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella for each day of your stay. There are 2 large swimming pools, 1 beachside and the other is heated at the rear of the community. There is a pavilion with BBQ grills, fishing pier, private boat launch and pier. There are playgrounds, basketball courts, pickle ball, tennis and even a small putt putt course. St. Andrews State Park is adjacent to the community with a separate entrance. Enjoy the convenience of AC, a washing machine and dryer, WiFi, and heating during your stay. There are 2 full bathrooms. One bathroom is ensuite. A fabulous place to relax while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay. You will receive an email from "Camp Life" prior to your arrival to complete your registration,

Property was great for a family of four. This unit had everything we needed as a home away from home. The beds were comfortable (something we’re pretty picky about)! The venture out community is ideal for families with so many activities to do. The location is convenient to the east end of PCB and what it has to offer. Golf cart and private access to the beach (including the beach chairs) was perfect. Our teens took full advantage of the pier for fishing!

Jason is a great host and his place is great as well. Everything about the stay was and is 5 stars all around. Don’t wait to book it if you are considering it. Just do it!

Wonderful!

My family of 3 stayed here the week before the 4th of July. The house has everything you need. The beds are super comfy, too! We really enjoyed having access to (probably the coolest in the neighborhood) golf cart to get us to the gated beach which is only a minute or two drive from house, and to cruise thru St Andrew’s State Park. Jason is a great host and quick to reply. 10/10 for sure. If you’re looking at this place, just book it already!

We loved our stay!

I felt like I was at home. We had plenty of towels and extra sheets for our beds. The mattresses were so comfy. I had to check the brand so I could look for it at home. The host, Jason, was amazing. Anytime I needed something I reached out to him and he replied within minutes. We also had the nicest golf cart in the whole complex. My husband loved that he could hook it up to his phone and play his favorite music. The outdoor area was also great. We had a couple of families over to eat pizza from our team and it was perfect.

My family and I had an amazing vacation here! It was our first time to Venture Out, and it is 100% our new favorite spot in PCB. Once we arrived at this rental, we made a trip to the grocery store and didn’t have to leave again until it was time to go home. There are two pools, mini golf, pickleball, excellent private beach access right across the street (complete with very clean bathrooms, multiple hoses to wash off the sand, and a very nice boardwalk), and access to a great restaurant called The Deckhand Social (where your kids can swim while you wait for your food!). There are also fun activities like bingo, water aerobics, and a golf cart scavenger hunt. The owners are extremely accommodating and welcoming. Communication was amazing. We loved the home, patio, golf cart, and amenities. If you’re thinking of booking this place, do it fast before someone else does! It was the best week all year, and I wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed here many times over the years and decided to finally buy one of our own. We also look forward to sharing with others, so they can gain the same experiences that we have had.

The most unique aspect of this community is everyone has a golf cart. They are used to go to the beach, the small grocery store on site, down to the docks, playground, pools and boat launch.
