Family Beach Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We planned a family trip and are current owners in Venture Out but our house was not large enough. The location was perfect and we found the house clean and ready for us! Would recommend to others for sure

It was nice

I love the park I've been standing in the park for 78 years now different ones. It was nice clean it was just a people next door you can even go out to door that i'm staring at you telling you how to close the blinds turn the patio light off how to park

June vacation

Property was welcoming. Bathrooms were clean, however mildew was visible in the showers. Kitchen had modern appliances. Home faces the sun most of the day, but the AC works great. Golf cart would not charge initially, reported to the office was repaired quickly. Too many Crazy political signage! On-site Public restrooms were always clean. We would reserve a future visit.

Great stay!

This was a lovely unit. We love venture out and the unit was nice. The beach colors and decor were adorable. We could tell there are some renovations being made so no judgment on the parts the were not up to date. Could use some better use of space such as a stackable washer and dryer to open the width of the hallway, lil tight. But I love remodeling and I always find what I think would be better. Lol. The golf cart need a little work too, the spring in the stirring wheel need attention. We hope we can come back and enjoy the unit again next year!

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the unit for a whole week. We were furnished 2 small rolls of toilet paper and one small roll of paper towels for the entire week. Also there were no dish towels. We were also furnished 6 wash cloths that were pitiful. I had to wash every day as we had 4 people showering every day. We contacted someone about the lack of paper products and they said we would need to purchase more!

The house was great, very clean, and the host were very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. definitely recommend this property and the Venture Out resort !

This place was nice and the host was pretty quick to respond and kind. It’s so nice having all the amenities like putt putt and a golf cart to get around. It’s super close to the beach which is awesome and the house was just perfect for our family of 4. There were some things that bothered us but we chose to overlook them but we feel like they’re important to mention. There was a slight miscommunication which led to them entering the property without our knowledge or consent but he apologized and we didn’t notice anything out of place or messed with. They could have had the place cleaned better, the ceiling fans were dirty with dust around the edges and the floor left our feet black from it not being mopped and I don’t know if under the beds have ever been cleaned. I’m kind of a picky person and I have higher expectations than most. Just to let people know the hallway and the second bathroom were extremely tight and would be difficult for a bigger person to move around in. The golf cart was very Janky, it doesn’t run smooth at all but it did get us from Point A to B. This is a big reason we stay at venture out because of the ease of getting to the beach with all our stuff. All and all I do see us coming back and staying with venture out this was our second year here and we love it.
