Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect spot for summer getaway!

Loved the location and the walkability to everything around us - restaurants, gondolas, hikes, plaza, and so on. Super easy to drive into downtown. Amenities were on point in the home, and the space was perfect for two adults and two young kids. Loved everything!

All amenities we needed for our stay. Quite clean. Street noise in main bedroom a bit loud so earplugs recommended. Fairly upgraded unit. Comfy beds.

Great space but no a/c!

Everything about the property was great except it was listed as having AC and it did not actually have AC- very hot inside!

Excellent customer service.

When we got there the AC was not holding up but Sam came out and fixed it. He was so kind and friendly and wouldn’t stop until he got it working right. I was so impressed with him and his staff. Because of him our stay was excellent. You’re awesome Sam!

Ski Week

Great condo in perfect location. Check in process not like most VRBO. Didn't get check in code until arrived thankful another guest gave us the code to the parking garage or not sure what would have done. Internet didn't work, Fireplace on thermostat so went on and off on its own. Pool and hot tub where great. Would stay again even with check in process and other items.

description inaccurate

The property was not fully as described, as air conditioning was given as an amenity in the listing but there was no AC of any sort in the unit. This being one of the top five amenities we required, we had to ask host to move us. Thank goodness the host was not an individual but another vacation leasing company who, after three hours, was able to move us to a different company.
