The Space:

Step into Alpine Retreat Lodge, a warm and welcoming ski condo that feels like a home away from home. As you walk inside, a convenient entry bench offers the perfect spot to suit up for outdoor adventures. Located on the top floor (3rd floor), this condo boasts vaulted ceilings and an open-concept layout, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere ideal for family time.



The living room is furnished with a plush couch (which doubles as a sleeper sofa) and two cozy chairs set by large windows, where you can relax with a hot cocoa and watch the snow drift down. Snuggle up by the gas fireplace or stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV with complimentary internet access. Step out onto your private balcony from the living room or the primary bedroom, where four chairs provide the perfect setting for enjoying crisp mountain air. The balcony faces goegous pine trees and adds a very private feeling.



The kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly together, creating the ideal hub for group gatherings. Prepare delicious meals in the fully stocked kitchen, which includes a blender, coffee maker, and all essential cookware. Enjoy your meals at the dining table for six, with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar.



The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private en suite bathroom with a bathtub, hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries. A spacious dresser provides ample storage for your belongings. The secondary bedroom is furnished with a full bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, along with its own private en suite bathroom.



Alpine Retreat Lodge is located in The Lodge at Steamboat, just one block from the slopes. Guests will have access to premium amenities, including four outdoor hot tubs and an indoor hot tub, and coin-operated laundry facilities (note: there is no in-unit washer/dryer). On-site services include a clubhouse, a front desk with friendly staff, free WiFi, and parking for one vehicle.



Whether you visit during winter or summer, Steamboat Springs offers an array of outdoor activities. Ski or snowboard down the renowned slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort, or take the kids ice skating and bumper car racing at Howelsen Ice Arena. When the snow melts, explore the beauty of Thunderhead Hiking Trail and the scenic Yampa River Core Trail, which winds through town and passes by the botanic gardens. Summer activities abound with mountain biking, kayaking, fishing, and even golf at Rollingstone Ranch.



Check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. This rental is located on the third floor, and no pets or smoking are allowed on the premises. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Free parking is available for one vehicle.
