Great location and clean

This is a really great location which is why we chose it for ‘overflow’ for an extra couple to join our larger group at a nearby condo. The check in was easy - and the condo was clean.

Perfect location for skiing!

This is a great place for 2 -- the studio has everything you need for a ski in/ski out vacation. Comfortable bed, smart TV, full refrigerator and coffee pot, and a locker to store skis. We will be back!

Location can’t be beat

This is the perfect place for 1-2 people looking to be in the mountain village core. Convenient and walkable to all the shops in the village including Starbucks, plus the gondola. La Piazza downstairs is an amazing restaurant. The king bed was comfortable and the kitchenette is equipped for all your needs. Would definitely stay again in any season!

Awesome stay right in the heart of mountain village

Loved the setup! Perfect for one or two. Clean and well supplied. Walk right to the gondola in 2-3 minutes. I’ll be back!

Great location in Mountain Village

Nice big open room in a great location. Easy access to Mountain Village. Bathroom could use a facelift, but everything works. Lots of property manager stuff stored in the closet which took up a lot of space. Good spot with nice windows for light.

We loved our stay! It was the perfect spot in a great location. The unit was great. We would definitely stay here again if the chance presents itself. It's a corner unit so gets a little noisy in the am, but we are really risers so wasn't a big deal. Also, need to check in with Alpine Lodging in town prior to heading up to Mountsin Village. Telluride is amazing and absolutely gorgeous.

Great stay for two years in a row

I stayed here last year and loved it so much that I stayed here a second time this year. The room itself is cozy, spacious, and nicely decorated with lots of nice touches. I love the bedding and pillows, and the kitchen has everything I need, including a can opener and corkscrew. The generously sized ski locker is super helpful, too. Even though I don't have to interact with anyone to check-in, I felt well taken care of because the host communicated via text message and made it clear that I could reach out if needed. I think I'll be back again next year!

March 2023 Telluride

The location of the unit is ideal. It is small, like a hotel room with the amenity of a galley kitchen. There are plenty of places near by to eat and of course the various free gondola's to take you up or down the mountain, or to the grocery store. Seating is sparse, exactly what is pictured in the listing. This is not an ideal unit if you want to hang in your room for a long time. The bed is comfortable.

Fantastic and relaxing

Perfect location near the gondolas. It was easy to park and take the gondola down. The room is so near the drop off that you can unload your luggage on to the balcony. The room was perfect. Very comfortable bed. Windows were easy to open for some cool night time air. Room has a box fan for noise. All Covid precautions were followed very well. If I had anything negative to say it would be the shower pressure and TV remote seems like it’s been dropped a few times. We will look to stay here again on our next visit.

Beware !!Dont be fooled !!!

This property is very over priced and under serviced by AVANT! The customer service rep. are very argumentative any time they are contacted. They send wrong codes to the facility service area, you are not welcome at the property by any service rep. The service reps act as if you are bothering the rep if you ask question. The facility is out dated. Best way to say it is "0".. Avant needs to consider more customer service orientation before servicing customers.

Perfect and ideal location

This location couldn't have been more perfect. Just outside the building doors, you are only about 20 steps away from the snow where you can put on skis and then ski only about a 100 yards to the main lift. There are various restaurant options just outside the condo building which is very convenient. The condo is only a short 2-3 minute walk down a paved path to the Gondola area of Mountain Village with more shops and restaurants, along with the Gondola which can take you directly down the mountain to the town of Telluride. The other gondola can take you to a grocery store in Mountain Village. The Gondola access down into town was much easier than I expected which made it not even feel like I was up on the mountain, apart from town. It was actually nice to be up on the mountain and have that separation instead of being in town, but be able to hop on the Gondola into town anytime I wanted. The condo itself is very well maintained, very clean, and supplied with anything someone may need. I stayed for 8 nights and it had everything I needed. The kitchenette area is well stocked with items that someone may need for basic cooking. The condo is supplied with extra blankets, a humidifier, great lighting throughout the condo, extra soaps, and a great tv setup. I loved that the condo is located on the corner of the building, with great window views. If you have the shades open, the beautiful sunlight comes in the windows in the morning, once the sun comes over the mountain. The view is looking out to a cul-de-sac round about which is the entrance to various condo and hotel buildings. There were very few vehicles that came around the drive but it was nice to be able to see out and see some activity. The condo is very quiet and I didn't hear much outside noise at all. The ski room on the first floor is very convenient to store your boots and skis, along with a sturdy bench to sit on while you put on your boots. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

Nice place

Only issue is loud upstairs resident. Very thin ceilings, every step sounds like a giant is walking. Woke us up numerous times throughout the night.
