Great location. The condo is well insulated. From the bedrooms you could not hear people talking in the kitchen.

Very nice condo. Large living/dining area. Located right at the free shuttle stop. Parking in the garage was easy and there is a free (daytime only) parking lot across the intersection if you don't want to maneuver your truck in and out of your garage parking spot during the day.

Clean and spacious. We cooked all our meals so plenty of equipment and plates for 7. Beautiful days with lift 7 across the street. There was no ski down on the town side while we were here. That would have been sweet! Steam shower was a nice surprise. Overall a great stay.

This condo is on the west-side of town and is larger than it appears in the pictures. The kitchen, dining and living room area is very spacious, which is nice. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. But, be aware the shower not only has a typical shower head, but also has three nozzle things that shoot water straight out. Be sure to have the shower curtain circled into the tub/stall really well, otherwise water gets everywhere. Typically, second bedrooms usually hav twin beds and/or bunk beds, but this has a queen bed along with bunk beds. It has a nice little balcony. The river trail is right across the street, which is lovely to walk along to get further into town. You may or may not know that parking is an issue in town, especially on festival weekends. Parking on the street and in garages have two hour limits. This condo has one car parking space. There is a parking lot across the river, should you have more than one car. Be sure to get to town early, if you are there for a festival. The lots fill up quick. Once you are there, you won't need your car. You can walk everywhere.Although this condo is a little dated, it is very clean, very quiet and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. It's just a short walk to stores, restaurants and the gondola to go up to Mountain Village. The communication from the management company is excellent. They are quick to respond, if you have questions or need anything.

This was my second stay at LuLu City but in different units each time. The condo is beautiful, well kept, clean, well stocked, close to everything. I would stay again anytime.

Awesome family ski vacation

We (my wife and I and our two adult children) had a wonderful time in Telluride and in Lulu City 4B. There was plenty of room for the four of us, and it was in a fantastic location. We were maybe two blocks from Lift 7, which made getting on and off the slopes very easy. We also were able to walk everywhere during our trip -- Telluride is that easy to get around.The AvantStay team was fantastic -- we got text entry instructions while we were still driving into town, so we were able to get right into the unit. They were able to answer all our questions, and when the coffee maker leaked all over the first morning, we texted about it and had a brand new machine in our unit within the hour.We would definitely return to Telluride and Lulu City!

The TVs were a pain and didn’t work at all in the bed rooms. The house was very hot

Right for what we needed.

The place was meant to be close enough to walk everywhere and big enough. Our group of friends were out all day doing activities and just needed a place to come back to to play games and sleep. The place was perfect for that.

Parking

This was not an issue with the property but Our challenge was the parking in Telluride so good to have a plan to maneuver the limited parking if you have more than one car .

great location

close to the walking path that goes through Telluride and also close to Clarks Market and the main street going through town. Most restaurants and the gondola are an easy walk in the beautiful fall weather we had. Most areas were clean, but the cover on the hide-a-bed was not clean.
